They could have let the big man go in that first clip -- assuming they verified his story and the extenuating circumstances. Yeah, he swung at an officer, but he had no criminal record, was trying to protect his sister and got caught up in the moment. And he was immediately remorseful (granted, 1,500 volts tends to change your attitude real fast, but still, most perps don't apologize and admit they lost their cool.) I'm as tired of liberal judges, weak sentences and no-bail release as the next guy, but this dude did not have to go to jail for that.

At the end, more likely that he bought the mason jar full of weed and that SKYWALKER label was put on by the seller and is the name of that strain. Where I live, in Ontario, Canada, weed is legal and a local Indian reserve has about 20 dispensaries and they label the different strains with all these different names. Yesterday, I went downtown, to a government sanctioned dispensary, and bought 3, 1/2 gram pre rolled joints for $10cad. The weed is called The Silverback #4. A Canadian can grow 2 plants per year and a plant can yield 1 pound....
