Preventing Blood Clots Wear loose-fitting clothes, socks, or stockings. Raise your legs 6 inches above your heart from time to time. Wear special stockings (called compression stockings) if your doctor prescribes them. Do exercises your doctor gives you. Change your position often, especially during a long trip. UGH I GOTCHU KIDS DON'T YAL SEE EXX

AND these shady ass people, but most importantly RACHEL, failed to see that the public actually love Tamar. WHY they fired her was out of pocket, they literally could have sat her down and talked every issue that was at hand, but nah, they did Tamar dirty asf.

Much respect to Tamar I love her but the truth is … this show wasn’t going to win multiple Emmy and NAACP Image Awards with her. There’s a reason they won the season after she left. It was the Tamar show and she held her four co-hosts back. Tamar is not a panelist kinda person. She’s too much for that. She’s a solo star both on TV and in music. The other four hosts were able to grow when she left.

Y’all can’t say their shady for a business move… I hate to say this… but fans after realizing how many episodes has been missing in regardless of sickness or not… she was not able to fully commit… whether she was sick, doing practice for DWTS, being on tour, hosting a red carpet or performing for an awards shiw… there were so many different reasons ON TOP of the fact that she got very ill- imagine she came on set and didn’t go back to the hospital like everything was fine! If she would’ve passed l out during a taping…she would’ve been a MAJOR liability and u cannot risk something like that so she had to go!
