I had that idea of the garbage trucks but not just buying the trucks by the whole refuge company and provide jobs by putting proper road sweepers on the road with proper equipment and health and safety uniforms which Jamaica does not provide you know you were living in the states, as they say great minds think alike.Go for it stay blessed

That’s one expensive board house, that’s 3 million J dollars for that. Jamaican can’t compete with the Chinese because they not unified. Chinese form an organization and one person go to china to purchase everything in bulk. Jamaicans, every body do their own purchases so they buy things at the full price which is expensive. So the Chinese can come to Jamaica and sell on object for say a dollar because they only pay 0.10 for it, while the Jamaicans buy it for a dollar so they have to sell it for more than a dollar to make a profit. The Chinese can under sell them on still make a profit, they keep under sell them until the consumer drives them out of the market, then the Chinese raise the price when they have no competition. Only way the Jamaican can compete is if they unify and form on organization that they can use to buy in bulk for every member at a reduced price, same thing in the black community in America.

Brilliant idea. Good on you. However i presume that these kind of tiny homes are designed for single people only. Even if I invested in or purchased such a property, would there be room for someone or my family visit me. Does the property cater for a single bed or double bed? What is the actual measurement and specification?

I can’t believe these are going for 20k , a person can get them a nice structured real small house in Haiti for that amount of money 💰 spent in Jamaica , cost of material must be high there , I like the outdoor but the aesthetic of the homes are definitely off putting , no real kitchen or bathroom , these could have been much nicer

@Theofficialwholesomeguru well I think you missed the point. I was merely converting the amount per pound to establish that the chemical papaya more expensive yet yaad people tink farin cheap. Absolutely ❗️ I agree that the food in amerikkka is jacked up and one of the major reasons I'm returning to my yaad.

It's funny you talking about food and health because the life expectancy in the US is higher than Jamaica. First of all the medical system in the US is far better than Jamaica and there are lots of healthy choices when it comes to food, hope people do research before talking, every one as a right to there opinions however you should know the facts before dishing out inaccurate information. And yes I'm 100% Jamaican.
