Okey, wear test update: the foundation had a very long wear time BUT it does look extremly matte, almost try, on my normal skin. So it's got pro's and con's. You can also clearly see in this video how the powder deepens up my concealer lol, I forgot about that when using it. :P

I definitely recommend Fenty’s liquid lipsticks! I have the shade ‘unbutton’ and it’s a perfect peachy toned nude. They’re surprisingly comfortable and non-drying. I only wish they could bring out more lipstick shades than lip glosses 🧡

I love a sneaky tutorial like this! I want to try out this shape, it might even be easier than a regular cat eye on my hooded eyes
@amywilder63303 жыл бұрын
I was using the black Fenty eyeliner and it was my go-to eyeliner. I always picked it out of the 30 others. One day I picked it up and it was harder than a yard branch. It had dried out when I didn't cap it properly. You must have received a bad product and either need a refund or exchange. The liner is AMAZING new but it does dry out to become a surgical steel weapon.
@BigglesAboutTown3 жыл бұрын
This shape looks SO good!! I totally agree with your impression : I love Fenty products except for their eye products !! I also had the liners and they’re indeed trash. I stopped using them and now I use either a Too Faced one or a Kiko one (also cheaper!) I’m always scared to use thick eye liner on my eye shape because I have hooded eyes and I’m scared to look like a raccoon but this looks great so I might give it a try

Kiko eyeliners are my absolute favourite! They get super bright colours in summer and yummy deep colours in winter. Plus a stable range available year round. I like the little smudger sponge on the end too 🥰 As for Fenty, I find when they do something well, it's amazing. My favourite is the Soft Matte Primer. The blur power is no joke and I even wear it alone. But when the product doesn't work, it's horrible 🤷🏻♀️

Loved the sneaky tutorial! Here is what I’ve learned over the last few years about the brand: 1) The shades between formulas are not consistent. It can get you into a ballpark but still swatch around that number/ tone description as one of them may fit you better. Also certain formulas do oxidize 2)Certain categories of product are seem to have more effort put in than others. Complexion products are usually pretty good. Highlighters are standard but also pretty good with multiple formulas to choose from. The cheek products are pretty good though bronzers need a couple more dark shades. Lip products are hit or miss depending on preference and formula. Mascara is just OK. Eye products are pretty miss with the exception of the liquid liner and the eye primer. If a product/ formula does well it will be extended, if it does OK it’ll be moved to the brand website when the numbers go down at the in-store retailer, if it does poorly it will go on deep discount and disappear until they unearth more in a warehouse somewhere and discount it even further. 3) The under tone range at the ends of the spectrum is a little bit odd. Glad it’s there and unbelievable grateful for the changes Fenty has brought to the industry but still they’re a little odd. (This is partially a personal gripe as a very fair olive toned person) Overall they’re a good brand. I find the brand itself more spectacular than the actual line of products but they’re not bad. For my personal tastes I find most of the products fairly drying and a bit expensive for the quality but I would (and do) buy them full price with no issue. Versus a brand like say Urban decay, who is next to Fenty in my local Sephora, who I would only buy on sale or a Laura Mercier, who is on the other side, that I never buy from.

I've always done "cat eyes" this way, from the bottom. I have never been able to do traditional liquid winged liner on my sunken, down turned hooded eyes so I always used pencil + shadow, cake or gel eyeliner. It's definitely not an everyday look for me but something I'd whip out for Halloween or very dramatic looks or just when I felt like Cleopatra ;) If you kept the bottom lash line thin/subtle or used a brown or grey instead of black, I think you probably could wear this as a daytime look. ( I always liked that doing it this way gave me an angle to work with based off my my lower lashline. The rest was just filling in the triangle & connecting to the upper lid)

Fenty Diamond Bomb in How many carats (the original one) is absolutely incredible. I do use it more as a topper for my highlighter but oh wow. Really love it and can definitely recommend if you're a fan of visible glitter

The Fenty original concealer is my favorite concealer of all time. I have to have it no matter others fave I can find, it’s so unique for me. Every single products she creates and created for the face for me as always done wonder. Is the perfect pair for my skin, except for the original foundation since it’s matte and I have normal to dry skin, so it makes me look caky and old. And I’m 22 I use that concealer alone without foundation as well. That’s the only concealer that works alone with bare skin on me. It covers anything you need and wish for and it’s not heavy AT ALL. so light and perfect Second love of mine you should try and you will love is the brow product.it’s has the same birds of the wax (which is unique and I love it) and it’s so precise and long lasting. It lasts even if you put it before brow soaps and wax (which are my two products for my thick bushy brows I use) Also I’m a red head and that’s literally the only brand that carries 12 shades of colors for brow colors. Hope you will try both, you will LOOOOVE THEM

Fenty is one of my favorite brands! I will say that I think they changed the formula on the flypencils- I bought Bank Tank when they first released & loved it so much (I still do), but I bought another shade earlier this year and it was awful. The flyliner though, the liquid brush tip liner, is amazing! Not completely matte but such a good formula and really easy to work with. The liquid lipsticks are also a fave of mine, and the original highlighters are some of the most gorgeous in my collection

I don’t love the powder foundation, but I am mature and normal tending dry. The only foundation I don’t have is the OG profiltr foundation. I also bought a mini one, been trying to make it work but it creases, is so dry and doesn't help for my, so many, fine lines. I love Fenty Pro Kiss'r lip balm (I'm in my 3rd one) and I have it on clear and the soft pink one. It helps a lot for a nurse wearin FPP2 for long long shifts. I'm thinking on getting that same cream bronzer in black Friday if Sephora or whoever are doing a decent discount (for me 20% is not decent as they do that every 5-6 weeks when they need to sell whatever).

lil late but I have the LE fenty glow diamond bomb, the OG diamond bomb and the royal icing diamond bomb and in all honesty the one that looks the best, the only one that really delivers that wet illusion is the OG one. The fenty glow one I just find isnt reflective enough even if the color suits your skin tone and same with the royal icing one. However the other two do look great on the eyes so they arent totally useless and the royal icing one is fine as a highlight but it does come off a little more glittery than the OG(despite it literally being entirely microglitter) because it doesnt give that wet illusion. I don't know how they got it so right with the OG but they did and while I havent tried the other three shades they made or the new palette I have a hard time believing any of them do any better at replicating it's magic than the other two I've tried. So if that intense wet look is something you desire and you are cool putting a ton of microglitter on your face then I'd say its worth it. If not then...no lol.
