I've stopped purchasing from them. Fell out of love with them. Too much of the same stuff, discontinued after only a year. Then reinvented, put in nicer packaging, and they double the price. Without really improving the formula either. I've started purchasing either BH Cosmetics or Beauty Bay items. At least I know the formula is consistent and worth the 12-15 quid.

@@naomiwheeler9426 Yes!!! It's always pinks, browns and golds. I'd love a smokey grey/black pallette that was mainly mattes, not all shimmers or pressed glitters with like just three matte shades. And I don't wanna have to pay closer to £15 for the privilege when the quality is still the same as those £5.00 pallets they do. I've purchased that technic smokey matte pallet that Missa recommends now.

@@lauramchale4282 I've DM them few week ago I pitched it has a massive win for revolution because I'm sure that they're are millions of goths and ALTs around the UK alone (I watch a gothic yputuber she has a huge following this is where I got my presumed goth figure from lol) I said Barry m and collection have some alt lip colours etc It is odd and I also told them to keep it affordable because yes the brand has definitely gone up on price even from last year or so. I use revolution for foundation they do super pale shades but for most of my eye colours I will have to switch soon if nothing makes me go omg hahaa. Revolution do a lovely greyscale colour book definitely check it out one side matte one side shimmers 👍👍 sorry rant over 🤣🤣

@@naomiwheeler9426 I was going to get the colour book, but the price is still too high for me and IMO for a company who's products are always hit and miss. I keep waiting for it to be in the permanently reduced section on their website lol. When it becomes around £7.50 permanently then I may purchase it lol And rant away, I just can't get over the price hikes in the last 18months. They've gone from a brand that used to sell stuff for less than a fiver, and you didn't mind if the products weren't all that amazing but when it's the same formula, put in a different package with a extra 5 quid plus slapped on it is disheartening. More so when I can get something off a more established brand, with better quality for the same price.

You're lucky your Hermes courier even comes to your front door and knocks. Ours just dumps parcels right inside the main entrance to the block where I live, where anyone can take them. I just got a sigma E15 flat definer brush... and its fucking AMAZING... Ive always had a problem with like, connecting the lid with the lower lash line and making it not look all deformed and shit... It's always been an issue for me, and alotta times I just wouldn't do a lower lash color... The E15 has changed my lower lash game like crazy... I just got the NYX Marshmallow primer too... It's pretty nice... I use it more as a pore filling primer.

I found Retinol cream and moisturiser having lemon ingredients so they irritating and making my face look red. They supposed to make your skin go lighter and same colour but in reality if u have sensitive skin Missa that's what can be a problem. I love the make up. Blue shade is gorgeous xx

Plus your skin needs time to adjust to retinol. You REALLY shouldn't start out every night. Usually you'd start once a week or even once every 2 weeks and increase as your skin adjusts

I get tired looking dark circles from an iron deficiency....especially around my period. The doctor can test you for it with a blood test. Def no retinol around the eyes unless it’s formulated for them. Also when starting buffer it with an oil / moisturiser. Start twice a week and up it By a further day to alternate days, then after a couple weeks alternate dats and no buffer do it daily. Slow is the key with retinol, know from my own silliness

Just in case no one has said it and the skincare company didn't include proper directions for the retinol products, they need to be slowly built up especially those of us with Gaelic skin types. As our skin tends to be a little more sensitive you'll usually start applying around 2 - 3 times per week and always at night time. If you are seeing your skin dry out a lot you may need to reduce to once per week until it gets used to it and slowly build up to more than that 💙

This look is sooo hot! 🥵 Have you tried the new nyx brow glue in a tube? Definitely needs to go on before your base but it’s been pretty good at holding my curly brows so far! (Atleast better than other brow gels I’ve used) and it doesn’t leave your brows looking quite as shiny as soap brows do. I enjoy a brow pencil My brows are the least interesting part of makeup lol. I don’t mind some of revolutions prices going up with new products because they have been using better packaging (ie glass or recycled plastic) and better ingredients- the only prices I hate going up are things that already exist some palettes were £10 and now they’re like £12 😏 can’t wait for the live tomorrow! 🙌🏻

All three companies have gone up here in the US, but I'll say, of them all, at least E.L.F. has improved their quality substantially, so I consider the price increase justified. I am also in my late 30s and with a child, so splurging on makeup is hard, but I can always count on e.l.f for anything I'll need at an affordable price and great quality.
