I love the word “saphronics” fr! I love cool words. Also, I feel like the super blown out look is where we separate the men from the boys, so to speak. It’s that next level. It takes a certain something the be able to just do it with reckless abandon-which is how I like to do everything. It isn’t always how I DO everything. But it’s how I like to.

These cases work great, you are glowing. As for what brushes to use, I use a fluffy angled brush for bronzer and a medium size fluffy brush for blush. It looked like you used a highlighting brush for your bronzer. The eyeshadows look amazing too. Great look.

Thanks, dude. I basically do the same for powders. I’m not positive but I’m of the belief that those brushes are particularly made to fit in those little squares in those curve cases. Like I said, not at all positive. Bigger, fluffy brushes don’t fit in those curve case squares. I thought maybe those “highlighter” brushes would fit in them perfectly. What IS THAT stubby, nubbin brush for?

@@makeup4lossedtime According to the website, MF1: Perfect for applying face cream, contouring, and blending bronzer. MF2: Ideal for buffing face products and blending concealer creams. MF3: A fluffy brush for bronzer, contouring, and setting powders. MF4: Angled for precision, great for foundation, contouring, and cream products. So I think you used the concealer brush.

Hey, Katie, I’ve been eyeing the comet (original) and curve (lightest one) cases on BeautyBay. Would you say the older comet case is better or should I spring for the new one? Or is it like choosing a favorite child?

Yeah, that’s tough, I have the two lightest curve case and both comet cases. I love the curve cases. The lighter one it a little too light for me so far, since I got it this summer. I think by the end of January or February it will work for me. I just don’t really use the regular curve cases because I’m so drawn to the sparkly one. Now, if you love a good wearable, I would say get the regular curve case in the lightest. Because, you’re pretty fair, are you not? And then I would say get the OG comet case because it’s just more wearable for work and whatnot. But if you are in a posish to just go wild and wear whatever you want whenever, I would say get the 2 comet cases. But they are all good and you would be pleased with any combination of those. But, if you’re looking for wearable AND a little fun, the lighter or lighter curve case and the first comet. I will say, the light curve case, the bronzers are VERY BRONZY. That’s how they do it in London, apparently.
