Yeah, dude. I’m just happy to be making content again and getting ready for 2025! I don’t actually start my year until Spring Equinox. And I’m also taking full advantage of the Year of the Dragon, which goes until Chinese New Year, but I’m still glad to be doing “End of the Year” content. I’m just grateful. Grateful for you, grateful for the new place, grateful that I was able to get new palettes this last year… you know.

I have been in a low or no buy by force foe a couple years now and have had to miss out on so much i have wanted so been living vicaroously through you and others. BUT i did get the longing palet5e from blend bunny 1st ever purchase) and even found a Melt NBC Jack palette at tjmaxx of all places and regret nothing. Lol. Even wore the purples in longing to court against the ex last month mainly because he n9w trashes me publicly for wearing any makeup (idiot) and so glad I did because I was so feeling myself in a way I havent in 20 years. Anywho, won't bore you with life stuff, just wanted to share those 2 palettes i found. Lol

I think I’m a recovered hoarder. But I also know that when it comes to my clothes and fashion type things, I go through three year cycles. So, if I don’t wear something in three years, then it might be time to think about giving it a new home. But one year? Not even. The years go by so fast now, one year just isn’t that long to go without wearing or using something.😉

Also, perhaps you also can depot the one shades you like in colourpop palettes too, if you don't find what you're wanting in your collection. I'm halfway through the video as typing it lol. Also, Blends is my baby for colorful shades, it's my only rainbow palette, and I hate so much that I missed out on Surge. I just tried Blend Bunny last year, and this year I got their Sickly Sweet palette, and I'm wanting the Lure palette next. To repress mattes, you breaking it up fully fine, mix in a little bit of rubbing alcohol enough to saturate. Then you press it back into the pan and let it dry. It doesn't effect the quality usually. I use this method for powder cheek products too. 😊

I actually decided to do just that while I was editing. Like, does it matter if I keep the shades out of the palettes. I don’t do anything with them anyway. I always say I’m gonna sell them, but getting to the post office is TOO HARD! I was late to the Blend Bunny game as well. For a KZbinr anyway. I actually think I use and like ALL my lip products except for like 3. Have a great day!!!

When I read your KZbin handle, I was expecting to click on read more and see, well, a long comment,🤣🤣🤣. This one seems pretty manageable.🤣🤣🤣 Yeah, every once in a while I do looks like that. I don’t know if I use 7-8. But I’ll use 3-4. But usually I’m just trying to film using a palette for you guys because I actually feel a little guilty if I use a palette for the first time without showing it to you guys first. That’s a thing for me. I can only justify the amount of money that I spend on the palettes I love if it’s for making content as much as it is for my own joy. Every once in a while I buy something on sale or whatever, purely for myself. But most of the time, if I spend the money, it has to be for content. Oh, and that’s Notoriously Morbid.

@@makeup4lossedtime Haha, to be frankly, it is one of my shorter comments🤣 I ended up with the username, because every coment I see are maybe max 5-8 sentences long, and mine is almost always above... So instead of writing sorry in every single comment, changing my username made that easier. Might also be because I'm sick. I am rarely ever sick (luckily), but when I do get sick, it's horrible😅 So my AuDHD brain calms down, because of how tiresome it is to be sick😆 I guess you can say it's a positive in the negative🤣 I get that, like even though I don't have followers on instagram (I think around 300, but they aren't active, I get around 5-10 likes a picture), I still want to swatch them, so I can show others the paleettes. Especially since I feel like I have started to get the hang of how to photograph it, and capture the beauty of the shimmers, without vhanging the colors of the mattes😅 Oooo, I bought that Absinthe (and a word after that) second hand, and I love it, although it is ruined, because of how breakable they were. But usually I throw away palettes that happens to (if it's as much as this one, where shades went all over each other), but I can't get rid of it, because of how gorgeous it is😅 So I might have to check them out then! Do you know if they ship internationally??

the way I store my eyeshadow pallets is i got some ikea book shelves put them in my bedroom closet I have multiple bedroom closets si i have the space and store them like books and when you close the closet door u have no idea how many i have it makes the room look clean and organized. I have a vintage vanity for small stuff and for the single blushes lipsticks etc i got a small reused bookshelf a small one next to the vanity. It keeps things orgniazed and clean looking

Yeah, I like to declutter as well. Ever since I went thru that breakup last summer. I have way too many palettes. I could probably declutter a lot more. But it would take some careful contemplation. That takes time and makes for boring videos.

That’s the thing. Is, in order to discern what to keep and whatnot, if i was gonna get brutal, i would have to swatch compare to see what I actually have already in other palettes and shit. Sometimes I do, but this one wasn’t as thorough as it could have been. I basically just got rid of things that took little to no thought. Breaking them up might be a thing. People like the longer vids. I personally see a long vid and get freaked out. But whenever I ask people, the majority votes longer. Breaking it up might make it easier for ME though.
