My wedding has been canceled, and maybe we're not going to be able to get married with friends and family as we wanted to, but on the bright side to get the economy going in Italy they're giving the chance of getting almost free renovations (basically) if you put solar panels on your home and things like that. We wouldn't have had the money to invest in that if we got married. We're happy together, we're safe, and that's what matters! Plus we live 20 mins from Volterra, so hopefully I'll catch you hanging around if you ever really come, Angie

In some states, you’re not allowed to leave your home unnecessarily. Most of us accept it as important, in order to eliminate Covid in Australia. I didn't have any set plans cancelled exactly, but there's a lot of stuff that's on hold, or in limbo. We were supposed to go visit my mother just outside Rome, but Italy was out of the question before the UK was even locked down. So I have no idea when I'm going to get to see her again. Thankfully, she's been safe at home throughout this whole mess because she broke her leg in February so she couldn't go wandering around getting infected with potentially life-threatening viruses even if she wanted to. It's like the epitome of a blessing in disguise. I have a piece of work I haven't been able to do anything with because it involves a lot of on-site research around town in London, plotting out locations to visit for a sort of experience/game thing. So that's on hold, too. Thankfully, my other work doesn't require me to leave the house, as I do a lot of copywriting, proofreading, and things like that. But people whose jobs HAVE been affected are less able to afford to hire me, so it's affecting my work indirectly. My partner and I were also going to go to India to see his family, and to Japan to visit friends, but that's not happening either. Several little weekends away around the UK that we wanted to book are also not in the cards. And various things I wanted to do like take a pottery class, find a bird rescue to volunteer at, etc. Also no go. I have a crap-ton of medical stuff that's been put off as well. I can't go in for physio, or get a bunch of tests I'm supposed to get, and all the other various things that are supposed to help me manage a recently-diagnosed chronic illness that is kicking my ass all over the place. I'm lucky as fuck that Partner Unit has exactly the same condition (like, what are the odds?) so there's a lot he's been able to help me navigate that I'd be lost about otherwise. But man. It sucks. Every bit of this sucks. I want to go on holiday. I want to do all the things. It fucking SUCKS that I can't. But you know what sucks even worse? Dying of Sars-Cov-2. So. My ass is staying the fuck home (well, not my home. My partner's) for the foreseeable future (probably until there's a vaccine), and counting myself bloody lucky that I can. tl; dr stay home and wear a goddamn mask when you do go out, people. It's not that fucking hard.

My husband and I are of the same mindset, we were supposed to begin our travels this year but rona happened. I also have an elderly grandfather in Jamaica that I’d love to visit more often. We are just waiting for things to improve.

The Danish queen Margrethe cancelled her 80th birthday. Made me feel better about not being able to celebrate my 40th, that I was supposed to celebrate in Greece. There are indeed more important things, like being lucky enough to be of good health. I am so privileged that I was even in a position where I could have such plans in the first place.

I had a trip booked to Morocco that was cancelled. Now I have no plans for foreign travel at all. 😕 hopefully, I will be able to visit the North of Germany with my dog and get a little holiday house somewhere on the Baltic coast in November. (November is really, really far away though 😩)

I ordered the Chantecaille future skin instead, love the same kind of foundations that you like,dewy & light wait. My main travel plan were and still is being able to go home to Skanör, Sweden to see my family. I haven't been home for 2 years and I am so missing my mother and the rest of my family, and I so look forward to just enjoy some Swedish summer, sun and our white beaches. I just got my Rephr brushes yesterday and I haven't been able to try them out yet, I ordered them in March but was told afterwards that some were out off stock. I know it's not the most important thing right now, but I have shed so many tears about not being able to see my boyfriend for the past 8 months and having no idea when I might. Long-distance sucks. Those were my travel plans, seeing my boyfriend three times this year, one trip was already booked. The moment borders open, one of us will go to the other and just quarantine for two weeks.

I’ve started to use the Pixie Glow Tonic 5% glycolic I’m only about halfway through the small bottle no results I can see yet , but why is Pixie so fluffing expensive in our Countries in the States it’s not as expensive but for a purely Drugstore products they are really expensive same as NYX their big palette is 49.99 like WTF did you Brands forget you started out in the Drugstore and I think you need reminding that the Brand is still Drugstore .

I cancelled 3 trips this year so far. I was going to Las Vegas to see Annette, a cruise to France & Spain with my mum & a 2 week trip to Corfu with my husband. Instead we are decorating our entire house from top to bottom. You just have to find the positives where you can & I know we would never have done this if the world was ‘normal’ right now. I’ll be super sad if we can’t travel next year though as it’s our 25th wedding anniversary & we want to go to the Caribbean 💖

We have a camper that we take out and get away from the craziness that is our lives. My hubby is in the middle of a major change of companies (can't talk about it but it's huge) and he's not able to take time off for vacation. (heartbroken) I am also working 1/2 from home and 1/2 in the office. He's working 2 weeks from home and 2 weeks in office. We live within 20 miles of the Atlantic and we do go sit on the beach when it's allowed. Corona has ruined our beach excursions. How rude!! Anyway, we are now seeing a bad storm out in the Atlantic and it may put us in the camper to run. I don't know what the new normal is going to look like but I hope with all my heart that it's more like what I recognize instead of this mask-wearing, fearful world we're in right now. I was hoping to take my kids somewhere nice this summer, nothing too far but still fun. My state closed early and we've had fairly low numbers, I checked we're like 37 on the state's with cases. The state's around me are at least double our amounts, so now I'm just trying to save back money so when we can travel I can book. I've never really travelled ever but health is more important than frivolous fun.

Our trip to Costa Rica got cancelled, instead we are taking the kids kayak camping. Instead of flying to Iowa (to visit grandparents) with a 7 and 5 year old, we are now driving. It will be the kids first long car trip (most likely 20 hours). That should be its own kind of adventure...

We canceled one trip on May. We wanted to go to the beach here in Mexico because of my 35th birthday, but we had to change our flight for the next year, although I am not really sure if we’ll be able to go there next year. I canceled a trip to Portland in March because our work told us to cancel trips and then things got much worse and we started to see how serious everything was getting so I stopped trying to reschedule it. But I had a donut tour and had an AirBnB planned. And it was going to be during restaurant week! I am going to Las Vegas next month because I have to take a big exam and that's the only place that I can get scheduled to go. Flying from California so it's not bad. I dunno when I'm going to reschedule the Portland trip but that's all I have so far.

I was planning on moving to Spain from Australia and travelling around Europe beforehand, so things have not really gone to plan 🙃 haha. While that sucks, I know that it won’t matter if I go this year or next year in the grand scheme of things and there are people experiencing way way worse. I’m just trying to be thankful for all the travel I’ve done in the past and having fun planning potential future trips. I bought tickets for a concert in NYC happening October 2021. In my mind I’m like “well it’ll only by an 8 hour flight from Madrid” which, as an Australian, is a relatively short flight 😅.
