The blemish could be a bacterial infection caused by anything, or if it's under the skin and hurts bad, it could be a cyst. I use a benzoyl peroxide cream, and it really helps to dry it out, and/or kill the bacteria, and I also use a retinol cream, with azaleic acid & clindamycin. I've heard that some sort of a turmeric mask really helps with inflammation as well! Haven't tried it myself yet, but I've heard good things! Good luck!! Btw...love your videos! ❤❤❤

I’ve been getting more acne on my chin and cheeks and I think it’s probably from wearing a mask a lot. Seems like it’s a common problem so I wouldn’t worry about it, you still look gorgeous!!

@@laurenskee2665 A male coworker said his beard tend to grow faster wearing a mask! And we also noticed we tend to have dryer eyes probably from wearking the face shield in addition to the mask. Of course these are minor issues compared to the covid itself, but it remains quite annoying! May i suggest you secaris (like a gelly you apply with qtips) or vaseline for the dry nasal cavities and biotene to help prevent dry mouth?

Mascne is a true problem!! I never broke out even as a teenager (I am now 56) and this year for the first time, I am having to deal with breakouts around my mouth and chin areas. 😢 I will take the breakouts over the risk of the virus any day for sure, but it is definitely weird to be dealing with at my age!

Girl even with the blemish your skin still looks amazing!! I know you really never breakout. When I look at where the blemish is to me it looks like where our face mask 😷 strings/cloth rub against our face and it very well could have been just a small blemish but with the constant friction and face masks rubbing against that area it very well could have made it worse especially with sensitive skin like myself! I’ve been getting little blemishes where I never break out and I know it’s from the masks I wear. You are still gorgeous as ever 💗☺️

My regular after shower skin care for 15-20 years is Fruit of the Earth Clear Aloe Gel that is aloe with no alcohol that I get at Walmart for only $3.48. After your makeup is washed off for bed or after a shower, apply the Fruit of the Earth Aloe on your blemish. It does contain DMDM Hydantoin which is/has formaldehyde, but I have dry skin and have used this alcohol free aloe for years. I always take thorough sit-down showers and the shower stream at the bottom sort of gently hits my face. I am 45 years old, but people tell me I look many years younger.

Your breakout could be from: too much stress, too much sugar, ingrown hair, or your allergies. I get them once in a while in that location and it usually goes away after a couple of days of Burts Bees Complexion Stick

I also look best with cool neutrals 😘. For your beauty blemish, you might try using lavender essential oil straight on it . I will literally already have one or feel one coming on , out pure lavender essential oil straight on it before I go to bed. And wake up with it either gone or greatly diminished . kelly, you look flawless. to be honest, you don’t need much makeup because you’re naturally beautiful. i LOVEEEE how you did your eyes! i actually got the pumpkin palette and it’s the first palette i’ve ever own. i know it sounds weird, but my condition doesn’t allow me to use my arms and wrists too often, so that’s why i don’t use much makeup other than my skincare. on a good day i may be able to put on some tinted moisturizer, do my eyebrows and put on a little highlighter. omg, i looooove highlighter and i wish i could have a glam day. that steamer looks dreamy. i have to get one of those. i have yet to get my pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin muffin. being confined to a wheelchair is incredibly difficult and depressing. i live out my makeup dreams watching your videos, so thank you so much for making me laugh and helping me forget about my actual life, even if it is for 30-45 minutes at a time. i wish halloween would still happen. i have the best time giving out candy. i think i have more fun than the kids do. peace and love. -julissa 🧡

Kelly, I have been getting breakouts with the mask wearing. I work at a hospital so for me it is unavoidable! Tati mentioned a clay mask on a morning talk show once and said it’s the best if you dab a bit on and sleep with it like that. I have been and my blemishes are mostly gone in the morning-two days tops. It’s Queen Helene-Mint Julep Masque. It smells amazing and works great to really bring impurities to the surface and out of the pores. I got mine on Amazon for like $8 and I would not go back. Toothpaste also works in the same manner-but not the gel toothpaste it has to be the paste one. Hope the helps-lived the Yassss hoNNNEEEEEE!! With the highlight! You haven’t been saying that as much recently!!

try neosporin on the blemish... it may not actually be a zit, but a mini bacterial issue on your skin. I had the same thing happen to me once and finally resorted to trying neosporin and it worked like a charm. note that neosporin is not a good option for regular pimples...

The blemish could be cystic acne! I used to never get those and I’m 27 and have been getting them more recently, maybe because of hormones? Lol but they’re so painful and difficult to extract (for me personally) but there’s a face mask by philosophy that usually works for me! It’s the pore extractor mask and I use it as a spot treatment and leave it on overnight. I have to use it a couple nights but maybe that will help 🤗

It’s cystic acne. I get them a lot and also around my chin area. It’s hormonal. The only thing I have found to keep them away is the original proactive product line (cleanser, toner and blemish treatment)

Its hard to tell how long that blemish has been there in real time, but if its been there for more than a bit, might be time to have it looked at by your regular doctor or dermatologist, just in case it is some kind of pre skin cancer. Not trying to sound any alarms, my dad just had several spots "burned" off his face this week, so thats just what my mind goes to. Love this video, and you!!
