I had a weird issue with my Glory lip liner too. The color part of the pencil sank down into the barrel before I ever even used it. I contacted customer service and they tried to tell me it was normal but after buying cosmetics for over 20 years I knew better. They ended up sending me another one.

I swear I thought I was the only one who got a bad liner! That glory lip liner made me so sad when it kept breaking and then they never restocked the lip kits so that made me sad too. I wonder if they are looking into the liner formula maybe that's why they aren't restocking yet? 🤔 But those glosses are life as well! Tip: to keep it from breaking put your pencils in the freezer before you sharpen and it won't break so now I keep my pencils in the freezer
