Hey! No matter how long I hold my earbuds for a factory reset, the red and white light does not come on. It simply keeps blinking white light. Do you know why this is the case?

hi, i have a problem with the left earphone, the right one works flawlessly, but the left one does not react at all, when i put it in the box, the diode lights up red as if the handset is charging, but after removing the red diode, of course, it disappears and that's it, it can't be turned on or nothing, I will add that when it is in the box, it is charged non stop and yet it does not turn on after removal. What can i do?

sounds like it is faulty to be honest. are you able to send them back?

@@mikesunboxing unfortunately I can't send it back :[ I would like to add that I haven't used them for a few months, they were lying in a box on the shelf and one earphone suddenly stopped working by itself even though there were no problems before, I've tried different ways and nothing, the only thing that worked what I noticed during various combinations is that when both are charging in the box, when I hold the button, both headphones flash red in the same way, as if they make the same movements, first one then the other but it probably won't mean anything since after removing it does not nothing can be done.

not much else you can do if the factory reset doesn't do it other than make them both go completely flat and try again

Sir what do i do? My earsbud on the left has low volume When i max out the volume on my phone but when i lower my volume to 50% i cant hear anything on my left earbud But my right earbud is normal
