Disconnected buds from device. Left both buds out of the case for 15 minutes. Put them back in the case and followed this video. Took them out, put them in my ears and reconnected to Bluetooth. It worked!!!! I hope this works for you!

That is actually an important step to get this to work and I don't think he mentioned it in the video. You must FORGET OR DISCONNECT the ear buds from your device. I tried it about 10 times, lost my mind and then another post included that step and... It Worked! 🌟

The buds don't always blink 4xfast after 7 presses. But I just kept trying untill they did. Once they did, they worked again. Thanks for sharing.

Everyone. I’ve been through so many pairs of these headphones because I’ll always lose JUST ONE. Then I go buy a new pair because 1 headphone is not ideal. Long story short: I had a bunch of single JLab Go Air Pops laying around, and I was thinking if I could reset them, maybe I can get them to pair with each other as well. To my surprise it actually worked lol. Now I have 4 pairs of mismatched headphones😂 thanks for this video!

Finally!! Got it to work!! Your video helped. You have to make sure they both are blinking BLUE before you try to pair (connect them to your device). one of mine kept blinking blue and white. The problem is the charging case. I took off the ear tips and put them back in the charger. Messed with them until they both turned BLUE. Then paired them and they worked!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hey I posted on here before about this method not working for me however I just fixed my earbuds 5min ago with this dumb luck trick. I started with the earbuds in the case and all lights off. Next, I took them out one at a time, starting with the one that wasn’t pairing . Then put the one that works back in the case. Then I tapped the non working one in this weird almost musical sequence of “ 1. 12. 123. 1234. And I did that all the way up to 7. As in 1234567 taps. Then I put that earbud in my ear because my phone finally asked to pair it . Then I did the exact same pattern to the working one and they magically synced up. I hope this trick works for you guys and gals.

Holy smack it works!! My problem was in the bluetooth list there was two earphone names Jlab I guess the earphone didnt synch with other and decided to become independent. But following this instruction it somehow worked and linked! Now both earphones are working!!!

Thank you very much man i had the jlab go pop airs in teal and the left one and the case got ran over by a fucking car so i go to my schools main office and i shit you not they have a lilac charging case with the left go pop air earbud in lilac i take the teal right one pop it in the case exactly as shown thinking it wouldnt work tap 7 times and take them out and now my useless right teal one has a home inside a lilac charging case thank god i could still use it and thank god the main office had a case and a left one a left one what are the odds like shit i thought it would be a right one😂

Nothing seems to fix my issue of the left earbud not pairing , or pairing as a different thing in my Bluetooth settings. ( I have to choose which AirPop I want to use and only the right one connects. None of this click it “x” amount of times did anything. It’s not even registering that I’m tapping it

It works if you have two different earbuds from two different sets, just sync the original or primary earbud that come with your charging box 7times wait for red light to stop on case then do the secondary or spare earbud next 7x and wait for the red light to stop, take them both out one will flash white and the other blue and white once done this stage PUT THEM BOTH BACK INTO THE CASE, turn on blue tooth on your device remove earbuds then select on Bluetooth device after they both say pairing device and it works

Literally the same problem with mine the left one just keeps flashing blue and won't connect trew Bluetooth, the right one is completely fine it pairs back to my phone no problem evan when I unpaired the bud, but left one seems to be on strike or something it doesn't want to connect with the other bud trew Bluetooth I don't know what is going on or what I'm supposed to do!

Followed these steps and pushing each one 7 times worked as described but as soon as I took them both out of the charging case after the reset, they both just flashed white and blue with no solid white light. They then simply stopped flashing without pairing with each other.

Okay for people that are struggling to connect to the earphones make sure when you do the seven tap on each earbud once you're done take both of them out when one is blinking blue and one is staying white connect to it at that moment do not wait until both are bleaking blue

I did this and it didn’t work at first? But then i absentmindedly left the one that wasn’t working outside the case for 30 minutes and now they work just fine
