It all starts around 1:35 of the 4th round, (15:25) ish for the timestamp. Catches a big left hook and never recovers. Horn tries to fight his way out rather than holding, so can definitely work on that to negate situations like this in future but question now of Horn's toughness/chin. Maybe I''m being a bit harsh but a big difference between getting dropped/rocked against a journeyman and getting blown out by one.
