I've never commented before, but this guy had me smiling the whole time. I love great grapplers, but they're not common, and many fighters only do it when they can't handle their opponent's striking. His striking game was good too, but his bread and butter is grappling. I've never seen such a dominant performance.

I think you should see Magomed vs Yan 2. His striking is not good, its world class. Such a dynamic asset that'll cause a problem to the best of the bests.

@@mikegish5759 Things are always judged by comparing them to a certain standard. So for some peoples i am a good observer when it comes to MMA and for some i'm a casual. What's my thoughts on myself? I consider myself to be a rookie although i have been watching this for nearly a decade now. I don't think i have acquired as much knowledge as i should have and that's why i talk to peoples here. Because i don't mind being called a casual. Everyone's one in the beginning. Sorry for the disappointment though. 👍

@@vandersonvlad4082 In most fights, when a guy does that, that’s what they’re doing, and I hate to see it, it’s like they’re clinging to the other guy to keep from getting hit. That’s low-level MMA, but that wasn’t the case here. These were top-level fighters, and the ground game was great because they were both trying to finish each other, not hide from striking. In a good MMA bout, top-level grapplers are more interesting to watch than strikers, because there’re so many different submissions to apply and escape. I suggest you are a low-level fan that can’t appreciate the finer points of the art and understands nothing but dumb pummeling. I bet you’re a Justin Gaethje fan.
