Then he rocked him again seconds later with another short left. These aren't middleweights. They are big boys. Many knockout punches in the heavyweight division don't "seem like" much... Especially the short sharp accurate hooks on the inside. More leverage from those than the big flashy highlight reel knockout punches... I think Barry Hall was stunned from that first punch. He was in la la land.

3 things. 1. Barry looked terrible. Hands down, no head movement, and no footwork either. Just asking to get hit. 2. I dont know how successful this event was, but hopefully Stan Sport sticks around. SBW called it out in the end. Foxtel has had a monopoly on boxing in Aus. More competition = more money for the fighters. 3. I think SBW has moved on from these footballer fights. Hes clearly better then all the retired footballers turned boxers. Gallen would probably provide a bigger challenge but it would end the same. I would love for SBW to start going for past their prime boxers like he did with Botha. Think Bermaine Stiverne, Chris Arreola, etc. Although SBW vs Gallen is probably more marketable then what I mentioned 🤦🏻‍♂️

There was nothing amazing about that, Barry Hall ain't no boxers jockstrap let alone an actual boxer. His hand were down almost at jockstrap level, his head was sticking out with his chin fully exposed, god dam I have never seen anything so bad. As for SBW well, he looked completely awkward and ungainly, too. Nothing about his boxing style looked natural to him. Danny Lee saying he could be world champ one day. He got a long way to go before then. Based on that Jake Pual would KO Williams by round 3. But yeah hype it up people.
