Full Flight: American Airlines A319 Charlotte to Pittsburgh (CLT-PIT) ~ 2nd ed.

Hey guys! Welcome to the last flight on this all-AA trip! In this video, I fly up to Pittsburgh, PA from Charlotte, NC aboard a 20 1/2 yr old American A319. The flight itself was fine, but what happened beforehand again was unacceptable. If it wasn't for me noticing that my flight should be boarding already and the departure time getting close, me and other people I was sitting around would've missed our flight. I swear 90% of my flights on American Airlines always involves some sort of problem and COVID-19 is just making the situation worse over there too. By far, they are the worst legacy airline when it comes to safety precautions and there's at least 5 other low cost/full service US airlines that top AA as well. You can see my opinions in the video about what they do and don't do. I really hope they can improve because I want to see American succeed and it really sucks to see them spiral downward. Anyway, at least the flight departed & arrived on time, had WiFi, power outlets, and free IFE (with an extensive collection of movies/TV shows)...as well as a solid crew. Hope you guys enjoy!

Best airport ever. Been there. Lots to see, yummy food, inexpensive earrings like only a few dollars, colorful and lively design, very friendly people. Almost a destination in itself.❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you for this report. I enjoyed it. I remember going to college with someone from the Pittsburgh area. She was from a town called Mckeesport. Whenever I think of Pittsburgh though, I always picture Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. And yes. I saw what you did there. Take care.

Concourse D is my favorite at CLT (have not yet seen the new A con). Also, just to the right of the water treatment plant ponds is where I used to work... loved watching planes go by throughout the day.

Howdy, awesome video as always Mr.Jazz! The way they handled the gate change was unacceptable, but at least they didn’t make you do a chicken dance like they did at DFW or Delta made you do at LGA! Also, did you see how the Steelers absolutely smashed the Eagles today?😸😻😸

4:38 AA in a nutshell What I would recommend is to constantly check the app for any gate changes. They can change like *that*

2:49 the supertug driver isn't pushing it backwards. There is a steering wheel on both the front and back of the tug and the seat can turn around to the back for push back.

I will finally be flying on AA's a319 from RIC-DFW. AA really has been taking advantage of it's customers durning this time of Covid. Has anyone else noticed the insanely high prices ($5,000) for a domestic flight in economy? They changed my original flights plans without notifying me and then decided to charge that $5,000 for me to change things back to my original flights. Currently disputing that with the airline, but don't think they will change them back, because I'm set to travel on the 23rd.

My original connecting flight from DFW-MIA on the 772 in PE was changed to the 788 now, but I'll be lucky if I make that flight due to the timing between landing at DFW and the connecting flight will already be boarding.

I haven't flown in a few years but I fly DL whenever I can. I know they now like everyone is stingy with the food. But normally in terms of food, entertainment and service they have been doing all the right things for years. AA even pre merger has always come off to me as cut every corner you can. BTW, how much of the sky mall is still open at PIT?

I know your feeling, back in may of 89 I was at O'hare with my mom at gate C12 we boarded and then they said there was a problem with the plane so they said if we wanted to get off just remember our boarding passes so we did when we got back to the gate with out any notice what so ever they switched us to gate C2, worse of it all my mom had to go back on the original plane to get her other carry on a fellow passenger who told us of the change got mine and one of my mothers.

Thanks for this just took a flight Wednesday from Charlotte to Cleveland American Airlines I said the same about it being full no space no wipes I was very disappointed! Took my client for Dr Appointments to Cleveland clinic so a program through her insurance paid for the flight it thus airline all the time if I could I would change to Delta ! But yeah not looking forward to AA anymore!

Charlotte isn’t a good airport when it comes to those kinda of gate changes! I like the signs there tho. Kinda reminds me of SLC! Anyways, in the future if you go to Poland again, can u try Iberia or American international? I know not now cuz of the pandemic but maybe after? I am gonna try to do a trip report of an American E175 from DFW-SBA and SBA-DFW. SBA is a very small airport in Santa Barbara, CA but they got glass jetways! Also I scored an isle/window seat so I am very happy about that! I wish I could try other airlines than American ngl!

Absolutely drives me crazy as to how certain responders here seemingly want to order you around,as if you work for them--"Fly XX airlines to XX destination" as if you simply exist to please them,arrggh! Anyway,not knowing what part of Yinzer City your family resides in,having relocated to Baltimore,do you stay at your parent's or a friend's house when visiting? Decades ago,my family lived in Aspinwall,not far from the Squirrel Hill area--what was that theme park/roller coaster I saw at the end? I'm guessing that 20yr old TJ Bracey kid was a well-known local railfan,seeing that NS took the time to put up a plaque of sorts. Not much of an outdoorsy person but this time of year,wouldn't mind taking a long walk or bike ride to view the beautiful fall foliage,something we don't have here in SE Texas

What's going on with American. Btw I was like 😯😦😮😮 when the tow car was pushing the airplane. Literally though was a timelapse video, but then saw the man walking "normal" 😂. I flew from SJU to PHL on this same airplane back on 2008. Glad is still flying! I think I have the video on my channel!
