"Thank you" isn't enough. But Thank you anyways. These videos are amazing! Canada built two of the greatest aircraft EVER and lost both...The Avro Arrow and now the Airbus 220....The later which i really want to take a long trip on! Talk about the perfect plane for the perfect time!

The distance of the other plane in the parallel landing gives you an idea of how large the SLC airport is. 7,700 acres (12 square miles).

Eerie howling noise from those Pratt & Whitney turbofans when spooling up and the hydraulics on landing sounded like a hive of bees lol. Nice one Bryce, well done :-) Regards from the UK

The Delta GOM MANUAL must have all takeoffs to an established safe AGL rotation to VX, then throttle back and pitch for VY. As all these Delta flights the pitch angle is high. Like I would worry about a VMC roll if I lost an engine. Very high nose up attitude. Yes Bombardier did screw up. The wing got changed. Notice no winglets instead "swooplets". Old wing had a laminar flow LE MAC with a HYPER CRITICAL DESIGN they kinda "borrowed" from the Global Express 7500's Flex Wing, notice same Swooplets/ Winglets on the 1st design test model. Plus they had lift creating wing vortices dimples on the leading edge slats. Does the slats have the 2 position like the Global 7500. Down but once flaps fully down the slats go to high lift position moving forward 4 inches creating a bigger gap/slot for low air to move faster to give wing a greater AOA. A typed pilots know. A lot of tech babble but A2200 is going to change the industry due to cost per mile operating it. The wings induced drag is awesome too. Swooplets are vastly superior to Winglets less drag/weight/parasite and induced drag in half. Those 737 max ones are not all they promised. Heavy and too big. Great video. Airbus is going to whoop up Boeings bum. The new A320 NEO A321 NEO and now the A350 wow it will replace the A330 A340 757 767 777 DC10 MD111 and a ton more depending on the model you but. The A350 1000 Air France goes from Paris to French Polynesia over the USA NON STOP. ITS JU ST PHENOMENAL. I MISS flying but a head injury stopped my career. But flying A B1B 200 feet AGL at 900 knots with a weapons bay full of nukes a 757 was just kinda boring. Peace my friends from Monaco.

Nice capture of the parallel approach (and a spectacular one at that too) into SLC! Plus before that, the aircraft zooming away from SLC over the lake on departure, starting at 1:13:36, coming out of bottom left screen shot.

San Fran to Salt Lake...doesn't get much better than that in the U.S., IMO. The A220 ain't too shabby, either. :)

@@SYDAirlineEnthusiast ah yes, that does make more sense. I forgot that they were doing some type of construction in San Francisco. That being said, I still don’t know exactly what was going on. But they did have two runways closed. I am Magine, probably, to do some type of repair work during the slow down and travel.

Until the engine gets up to full speed, it sounds like a whale mating call, but is quite in the air. The landing gear retraction sounds like an animal dying. For a new plane that's too many animal sounds.
