Full Flight: WestJet B737-700 Vancouver to Calgary (YVR-YYC)

Hey guys! Welcome to another WestJet full flight video! After a pretty disastrous ending to my last few flights onboard WS, I decided to give them another try and I was very pleased with this experience. This was my first time onboard their B737-700s and it wasn't much different from their B737-800 product. The service was great as usual, but on top of that, the plane had excellent legroom, free snacks/drinks, WiFi, free entertainment, universal power outlets & USB ports, an early departure/arrival, and excellent scenery outside. I can never get enough of flying over North America's western mountain range from Canada down to Mexico. Was a very enjoyable quick flight and I'd definitely like to fly WestJet (hopefully their 787) again! Hope you guys enjoy!

I’m happy you were happy. A drawback for entertainment was I couldn’t charge my cell and use earbuds on my iPhone. I wish I had realized that I needed my own device. YYC is one of the best airports I’ve ever been in.

I'm not as much as an avgeek as others are but noticing your -700 at the gate in Vancouver,doesn't look much different in length than a -600 does--during your climb,you must've been literally flying on the US/Canadian border to get that shot of Mt Baker. Is Tim Hortons a Canadian fast food chain? That Aeromexico flight had a LONG way to go! Interesting note that aircraft had dozens of Spanish speakers leaving from a country where French is spoken,flying over the US where English is the primary tongue! Something on my bucket list is to fly Westjet from IAH to Calgary,connecting to Vancouver for a vacation--if one books a Premium seat,along with the empty middle seat,any other benefits? You overnighted in Calgary,any sightseeing?

Backpacks are a pain in the a$$....I am tired of being whacked in the head while seated as someone in the aisle with a huge backpack swivels back and forth looking for their seat. A backpack as large as or larger than a carry-on suitcase should not be considered a personal item.

the jetbridge in Omaha gate B16 was frozen Saturday morning and my flight to Phoenix was delayed 25 minutes because of that and eventually go it fixed I was flying Southwest airlines and we were lined up in the A group ready to board before moving to gate B18 2 gates down then moved back once they got it fixed it was 78 degrees in Tucson Arizona on Sunday and when I got back to Omaha on Monday 0 degrees both flights sat in row 9E and got pretzels and plane cookies

qfs aviation has been on westjets boeing 787 and at least no serious delays with westjet
