Hey Greg, Your soft upper doors should fit over the clamps just fine, they just may not seal as tightly over the area where it meets the clamps. Thanks for watching!

The kit has been updated slightly since this video was made. You can check the installation instructions for exact detail on where to place the additional bulb seal.
