I have been using the elf holy hydration eye cream for my dry undereyes and it’s thick and creamy ! But girl try hydrating eye drops it makes the makeup application so smooth bc the actual eye is not dry

Not crazy at all I use aquaphor and a moisturizer or vitamin c serum under my eyes my skin get so dryyy at the end of summer going into the fall and winter on August 1st exactly lolll my eyelids get dry too i cannot have my concealer looking patchy and clinging to dry spots !!!
