I did miss few things that I need to further talk about which I will do on my upcoming updated video (probably in 3-4 days) using Galaxy S21 Ultra where I am getting 10 hours SoT while the most are getting 7 hours with 120hz enabled. This is a huge difference and it seems that majority doesn't believe me on other platforms xD But hopefully with the updated video people get convinced and satisfied with the result!

Man I have been frustrated since One UI 3.0 update which destroyed my battery life on exynos. waited for 3.1 thought it might fix it but even a hard reset wasn't fixing it. The One UI 3.0 update destroyed my battery life on my note 10+ as well. Even replaced the battery in the phone and the life is certainly better but not as good as it used to be. Hopefully this video helped (just watched it and did the steps) because I know new batteries are at their best for only a month or 2 and then they quickly diminish.

@@johnseadon6702 After applying these settings give it a day or two. If the problem is still the same than I'd advise you to fully format the device and follow these steps again. Nowadays software updates leaves few bugs behind and it cannot be fixed unless device is formatted. I faced the same issue and also dark mode not enabling from quick toggle but after format it got fixed. Also my device is rocking with 10 hours SoT with January 2021 update but the latest updates are not worth it as it causes more issues and less battery life of 7 hours which is a big disappointment

If you place your phone in the power saving mode it will works only with 60hz refresh rate. Whats is the point from buying high end tech without being able to use it!

Hi i just wanna ask, while charging is it normal if the battery reaches around 70% it slows down a bit? My phone is a52 4g 1month old using 15w charger came with the phone. I just noticed this recently at first im not experiencing this one.

I am not sure if A52 is using a new feature that slows down the charging once it hits 70% however you can check with Samsung on Samsung Members app

I was once like you guys. Then I got a OnePlus and it's sooo much better. I used to always have to put a custom ROM on my Samsungs to solve all these issues but with Stock Oxygen OS it's ridiculously fast and stays fast. My son has a OnePlus 6t with 300+ games on it and it still runs as fast as it did brand new. Next time you're going to upgrade get a OnePlus and if you don't like it take it back. I guarantee you won't.

Techno i got a question right? Is your Note 10 running on Android 3.0 or still One UI 2.5? I'm running on One UI 3.0 but if you are having One UI 2.5 and it runs smooth than don't update to One UI 3 it is not ideal has a lot of bugs. As for battery tips will definitely come back with more. Will let you know 😉

He's using Good Lock with QuickStar module. There's an option to hide certain icons on the notification panel like the Power Saving Mode and etc..

it have nothing to do with battery life at the moment, it works as you should spect, charge fast to last the same time as slow charge, but it hurt the battery lifespan, so eventually if you keep using it you wear out the battery capacity so eventually it starta to hold less energy overall making last less over time

The deep sleep and sleep mode for apps is probably the main factor to save battery life. If you notice several apps running on background than try out a day with power saver mode and a day without it. I have updated my Note 10+ to March 2021 update and unfortunate I am getting barely 8h 30m SoT while January 2021 update delivers 10h 30m SoT for me. Surprisingly many reported in fact better battery life of 11h SoT on March update, I guess I might have to format to get similar results again however for now I may roll back to older update as One UI 3.1 is buggy for me plus don't wanna go through the process to backup - format- restore

Thank you for this informative video. I've a question. I've a Note 9 running one UI 2.5. My phone wouldn't connect to my home wifi network using Netgear router. It always shows as connected to wifi without internet. Otherwise its connecting to all the other wifi networks without any issues. I tried resetting the network settings & the router. I tried changing the DHCP IP address to static. Nothing seems to be a permanent solution. After I do these troubleshooting steps wifi connects with internet for 10-20 mins. After that it shows that Wifi connected but no internet. Please help me resolve this issue. It seems to be a minor bug but it keeps frustrating me.

Also regarding Adaptive battery it constantly learns your usage to give you optimal battery life as claimed by Samsung however with constant processing it stresses the battery life. I have tested this feature since Galaxy S8+ and this feature is not worth it

It usually learns your usage and tries to give you the best option either performance or battery saving however the CPU of the device is constantly running and it is one of the major cause of battery drainage. I have tested it since Galaxy S8+, turning it off always gives me the maximum battery life

Try keeping bloated apps including all Google services in sleep mode. While all the games and bloated apps that are not useful in deep sleep. I will try to make a video for it tmw.
