You high schoolers are the future, and it must be so hard to deal with all the pressure in school and at home with parents, surrounded by degenerate Jefferys and crabs, TikTok, vapes etc. Good on you for still committing yourself to self improvement. I think I'm going to make a lot more videos focused on helping guys in high school on this main channel (my second channel Hamza Unfiltered is for the older guys, and I post daily on there with no editing, no thumbnails)

TAKE THIS GUIDE SERIOSLY. I'M IN MY FINAL YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL;17 YEARS OLD AND I WISH THIS VIDEO WAS RELEASED 5 YEARS AGO. THIS VIDEO MADE ME REFLECT ON ALL THE THINGS I MESSED UP ON DURING MY LAST 5 YEARS . I STARTED SELF IMPROVEMENT THIS YEAR,MY GRADES ARE EXCEPTIONALLY HIGHER THAN WHAT THEY WERE IN THE LAST YEARS. NOW AS I LOOK BACK INTO THIS PAST YEAR, I REALISE THAT SELF IMPROVEMENT HAS BROUGHT ME CLOSER TO GOD,TO MY FAMILY AND HAS HELPED ME BUILD GOOD MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS.

This is my senior year of high school, and the #1 tip i'd give to any of you all is to say yes to every opportunity and meet as many new people as you can. You're only going to find your purpose and your social circle through trial and error. So don't be afraid to try new things until you find something that sticks.

This can be a double edged sword though. My biggest tip would be to remove porn and bullshit video games, drugs, have a clearer mind tbh. I’ve known some people and saying yes can actually be very bad because some people genuinely want to drag people down with them
@thomasdemilio6164
@thomasdemilio6164 9 ай бұрын
@@MilAS829the point here is different: we're talking about saying yes to parties, meetings, chats, new friends, sports, clubs, opportunities... create a huge baggage of experience to then be able to identify your path. Obviously you need to bare in mind that there are bad habits you mustn't fall into, but this is not the right video if that's still an issue. But yeah, definitely stay away from those things unless you know you have full control over it

@@thomasdemilio6164 I understand his point i was just clarifying in case anyone takes it the wrong way. Especially maybe some new viewer scrolls straight for the comments, and especially considering he says dont be afraid to try new things, someone could easily take that the wrong way. Someone in high school as well. More than likely not but again im just clarifying. Even saying yes to parties can lead to a cesspool of people peer pressuring you into drinking and that one simple "yea sure ill go to the party" turns into "yea sure ill have a drink" then the cycle starts. That simple yes is very powerful and again im just saying but you gotta be EXTREMELY careful with what you say yes to. It's totally ok to sacrifice some shitty party where every one is getting drunk and having sex, and its totally alright to say no if one of your best friends offers you a little dab or a hit off the vape.

Guys please pay attention when he talks about negative or loser friends. I stayed with really negative friends in high school and it took me YEARS to finally undevelop my bad behavior, mindsets, self-esteem and everything. I have one "best friend" that was very verbally abusive and would be hell to hang out with if i hadn't been so desperate for friends. I'm now 26 and I still find myself shaking off old ways of thinking or behaving that were rooted in that relationship i had. Start now and make the change because it''ll only be there later in your life if you don't take care of yourself and your needs.

Leaving this comment here to update my progress every month following your advice from a year from now. Currently finishing my last year of high school November: First thing’s first I got a therapist. I believe mental health is something that is not talked about enough in the self improvement space. After working on my mental health my mood overall has changed drastically. It has made doing the hard thing’s like working out easier. While before I spent most of my time talking negatively about my self now I’m improving myself. I’ve had to drop a lot of friends but in exchange I’ve got few valuable friends that support me. Now, I still procrastinate but it has gotten a lot easier to get into that flow state. Usually getting to work right out of bed does the trick. I’ve naturally been funny but here’s a tip for being funny. Say something Thats politically inaccurate but is very true. People will try to not laugh because they know your right but it would look bad for them. The being nice and kind to people is correct however, you should be that way to certain people. Not everyone deserves it, treat people no better then how they treat you. Another thing speak louder, I’ve noticed when you speak louder people take you seriously more. Still haven’t figured out how to make a social media business if someone does let me know. Gonna add to this more later in a couple of days. 1:30 “We fantasize where we could be at now, if we had our heads on straight when we were younger.” I want to ask, what more do you want, Hamza? What fantasy is in your mind? Correct me if I’m wrong, but you make $180,000 a month, can travel anywhere you want, have a lovely girlfriend, a loyal fanbase, a good relationship with your family, a leader of a movement, presence, abundance, and love? I’m not saying slow down. I’m seriously asking, what is this fantasy in your head? $1m/month? Don’t slow down. But, as someone that is not on your level yet, I am genuinely very curious.

I just wanted to thank you for your advice, I am genuinely greatful : i am in the best shape of my life , got hired as a student helper at my university ( I am studying engineering) and got rid of , or distanced myself from toxic "friends". There is still a lot more room for improvement but one thing i learned now is that failing is not a bad thing , try to embrace it. The biggest fear I had to overcome was being judged by people around me. The stinging words whenever you fall down, especially when they come from "friends", but if you are on that journey i want to let you know , you are doing a good thing and to have courage in your pursuit! hey hamza, medical student here on a few months of intermittent fasting. we're taught that the reason why IF works so well is because when our body breaks down our own fat, it generates a type of molecule called ketones, which is a superior fuel to glucose (your usual sugars, made from starch etc.) for your brain. so if you manage to finish digesting last night's food and start burning your own fat, you'll get a major boost in concentration. some people, like I do, take supplements such as MCT oil alongside their black coffee (as you mentioned) to aid this process, as these types of oil are immediately converted to ketones, unlike the long chain fats (most fats in your food) that need more time to process. this is a method that has been helping me achieve deep work during my early mornings and is helping me survive medical school, so i'm really glad you're touching upon this. keep up the good work.

May God bless you, Hamza! At 31:06, you used the secondary definition of wholesome: "Conducive to or promoting social or moral well-being, especially in reflecting conventional moral values." That's a crucial, blink-and-you-miss-it detail. Western society and morals are in decay, so "wholesome activities" are not the warm and fuzzy kind. They're degenerate.

Study groups are productive but only if you treat them right. I usually try to get ahead and learn as much as I can so I can practice explaining the concepts to my friends. Not only does explaining things help me remember them better, but I also provide benefit to my buddies by helping them learn better at the same time. As a junior in college this has worked extremely well for me so far. But this requires a lot of isolated study prep beforehand
@EditingFluid
@EditingFluid 9 ай бұрын
Yeah, teaching someone the thing you are also currently learning is a high level of learning. This is because you need to have a really good understanding of the concept to the point where you can answer ALL of their questions on the topic. This technique is called the Feynman technique by the way if you are wishing to enhance it in the future.

Part 1: Dominating social circles These are my handwritten, human notes for myself. Maybe they'll also help someone else. Even if you aren't a Jeffrey, if you are friends with Jeffrey's, people who see you with them will treat you like one. If you want to be popular and more liked, try to be as physically attractive as possible. Having a large following, even if you're away from the degeneracy of social media, gains your status and respect. To be more funny, you need to practice having the courage to say the things that could be funny. Essentially, be courageous. To be more charismatic, be more warm, present, powerful, have better social skills, and have a good future. Be better at the things that people value. Discipline, eye contact, social skills, etc. Become more present: meditate. Take a step back from degenerate content. You can be a creator, but not a consumer. Be an initiator and host social events. 90 to 95% of people are followers, and they wait around for the initiator to invite them to an event. This could also create a group chat and introduce new people to each other. Part 2: Should you date? Most guys will date people for degeneracy, pleasure, sex, and cope by saying it's experience. If you thought she was a high-quality girl, you would see her as this awesome girl that you're dating. Most guys date a girl they genuinely believe is beneath them just so they can have someone. These girls are usually total Jessica's (the female equivalent of a Jeffrey). All they do is consume content, never work out, etc. If she was a guy, you would see her as a total loser. Have the standards for yourself to date girls at your level. There is no purpose to "practice" with low quality girls, which does not equate to experience in dating high-quality girls. There might be a woman out there who will be your future wife. You can very easily overdo being a degenerate. Having lots of sex will lead to building a habit of continuing to do that in the future. That's not to say don't have sex, but have it with a girl you have an amazing relationship with and believe will be your future wife. You wouldn't even enjoy that. It doesn't align with your values. Don't put your mind on it. Working hard should be your base state 24/7. Only indulge in social events that are high-value, that will bond you further to people. What's available to you right now, and compare that to what's available to you if you continue on self-improvement. You, on self-improvement at 25, will have access to many different places than you now. Bottom line: increase social skills but do not date low quality girls. Part 3: Get brilliant grades Eat the frog: do the hardest task first To make efficient use of time, be present 55:50

Number 1 is ALWAYS health. Even I understand, that medical university and education mustn't be over health as health affects everything in life. I'm almost never awake by 11PM and slowly, but surely move the timer of waking up to 6AM. Almost every single piece of food is cookes by me or taken from home. With that sorted (and grades) I have to improve my social status and dating sphere as that's where I struggle. Wish me the best with that one especially, as even with a huge improvement over high school I still feel a bit left out (2nd-3rd place of coolness out of 5 guys in my group, yet overall I feel being middle tier in my assigned group).

I don't have any contact to her, I only see her at Training. Also I don't know if she's already in a relationship. Not sure, but I think I have a good chance with her. 25:50 I have to concur with the point you made about e-sports. I got into e-sports for a little while (back when I was in high school, there was an e-sports club for about a year before lockdowns started, though I never did particularly well in competitions), and back when I played a ton of video games, especially during lockdowns (I primarily played strategy games, such as Civilization 6), I was a hardcore min-maxer, probably approaching "e-sport athlete levels of dedication." I think my emphasis on min-maxing over everything else sucked the fun out of video games, and I definitely eventually burned out of them for a while. No level of addiction could get me back to those games (and I don't really play those video games nowadays, especially since I came to prefer physical board games and card games).

Thanks for this upload Hamza. This is my last year of highschool and the main tip I would give is to find what you actually want to do after school and align everything you do towards that goal. For example if you want to get into a certain career path, then you may want to go to a certain university which will require x grades and x extracurriculars. Or if you want to be an entrepeneur then take easier courses so you don't have as much homework so you can focus more on your business. And also something I wish I did more was talk to more people + start going to the gym sooner.

If this video had come out at the beginning of September, I might still have been in high school, haha. I'm only 16 years old and I don't go to high school (I'm not from the US, and the school system in my country is completely different; here, we have primary school until the age of 15, and then you go to high school/gymnasium, where you choose a specific field of study, have mandatory subjects related to your field as well as regular academic subjects, and often participate in practical experiences, etc.). My question is, should I go to another high school next year (with the possibility of graduating at 19-20 years old), or should I forget about it and try to build/start both my business and myself? I should also mention that in my country, you can complete high school at any time, so school can wait, but will success wait as well? (Is school even necessary for success?) Sorry for making this so long, but I would like some advice. (By the way, English is not my first language, so there might be some mistakes, so I apologize in advance. Have a nice day.)

I would do both. You have 16 hours a day that you are awake. I don't know how school works in your country, but in the USA you have time to work 4-8 hours a day on top of school. Keep your doors open. Truth is if you can't get your business off the ground while in school than not being in school won't help you that much. If you want to try for the business give yourself a time limit and goals to reach otherwise u should work on the business while in school.
@sup_ok
@sup_ok 10 ай бұрын
@@tristan9565 I would do both, but the thing is that i didn't leave school only because i want to start some business, but more because i had some personal problems. ( i feel better right now than i have ever Felt in school, i actually think that school isn't for me. ) So, i think that with that much time, dedication and hard work i can make it and achieve my goals faster ( or atleast i hope ).
