I live with my Grandmother and I always see her cooking and cleaning. Like Hamza said she had a sulking look on her face. I praised her. I said “I appreciate all the work that you do you’re the reason why our household is so clean and cheerful”. After this she smiled so large that wrinkles started disappearing from her face. She hugged me then proceeded to clean and cook with more energy than i’ve ever seen.

I tried the breathing exercise when I went to the beach today. Improves both my posture and attitude anytime I was about to do something. Stopped at a grocery store before and chatted up a cute cashier, then at the beach I found myself talking to every person I came across, and ended up talking to a group of young moms for hours who ended up getting my number. Best I felt in a while where I went from talking to no girls to suddenly a bunch in a couple hours

I've had my girlfriend for a few months now and I strictly remember complimenting her body and looks before we were going out. I now realize that I made a mistake, hamza and his advice made me see the benefits of complimenting properly. For example, my girlfriend loves to draw and she drew me a photo of me playing basketball and I complimented her like hell. Constantly showing her with praise. From that I see the giddy excitement from her face and it was a beautiful thing to see. Now I've noticed she's drawing more, and has improved sooo much in a short time. Thank you hamza for this advice, and I hope this helped one of my brothers.

@mehdineverquits 11 ай бұрын
@@domjank5755 for talking to people or for girls? Honestly, you have to learn how to make eye contact and ask questions. Everyone is self-centered and wants to talk about themselves, thus, you need to use that to your advantage (while also asking genuinely as well) about their lives, how it’s going , etc. Four second questions lead to four minute answers and allows them to feel safe / invested with you. They’ll naturally reciprocate that energy with you.

@@domjank5755 same thing with girls man. The way I like to think about it is, with social interactions, they’re like the trunk of a tree. You need to master eye contact and asking questions and humour to make BOTH friends and relationships, and like branches of the tree, this is where they go in their own way. I would increase your confidence and ability to hold interesting conversations and live an interesting life while also practicing how to flirt and make compliments. Practice makes perfect

I was debating if I should compliment my Mom or not and I was overthinking how it might seem weird or random. I decided to do it anyway by complimenting her for always making wonderful meals, for taking care of the house, and for running around all day to get groceries. She really appreciated it and we hugged for about 20 seconds. As she was telling me more about her day and as I asked questions I realized I haven’t been as positive and gracious towards her as I should be. Just like Hamza said I got used to her doing the same things over and over and I forgot how much work she really does for our family. Every night I tell her thank you for everything, but that’s so general and repetitive that I missed the point of complimenting her. It’s important to appreciate the specific things she does because it doesn’t do justice to all the work she does when I throw it all under one big thank you. I want her to know I’m thankful for the individual things she does. Now I understand better the joy of and how to give a true compliment. Thank you for this Hamza, the more that you grow the more we grow.

Hamza, you have no idea how different my life is because of you. I'm 13 and on self improvement, I realized how pathetic I was and decided to change that. Every time I face hardship in something I always think about you and how I can be closer to becoming a better and more masculine man if I can push through. I now genuinely believe that, with your guidance, I can be a strong and masculine man. You have completely changed my mindset an I am forever grateful. You have changed mine and so many other's lives, keep it up because we need it more than ever in our broken society.

I went running to the other side of my city and when i started to get tired i just remembered to breathe fully and it clicked - I just could continue running infinitely as long as i was breathing. Besides, met some friends there, i was evidently a lot more social than usual, even got a wild hug from a girl that liked me a year ago, it was nice overall - And in the way back i even helped a guy that was lost! If day one of breathing was like that, i cannot hope for the next days!

To any man listening, complement a woman your wanting to get into a relationship with as a part of seduction, by focusing on her feminine attributes(not mainly her looks she will notice) like her energy, sociability, and kindness. This will help build a narrative in her head and will be far more pleasurable than any physical pleasure.

I can confirm that this works. I was lucky to have a really great dad that taught me these things indirectly (and reading the way of the superior man made me realize that). The deep breathing and only giving compliments you really mean are 90% of what you need to be successful in most social interactions with both men and women. Humans pick up on little things such as sincerity and confidence to a surprising degree-listen to hamza and breath like Adonis. Keep winning y’all 😁

Hey Hamza, I just wanted to reach out and let you know how awesome your videos have been for me. Seriously, they've had such a positive impact on my life. I've been watching them and it's like a confidence boost every time. It's a bummer that I can't hit the gym yet because of personal reasons, but that hasn't stopped me. I've been doing push-ups, crunches, and starting tomorrow, I'm adding a morning run to my routine. It's amazing how much better I feel after getting active and taking care of myself. I used to be stuck in this constant cycle of feeling down, tired, and anxious, but now I'm breaking free. Your video about the "6 am routine" really inspired me, so I'm giving it a shot. Summer's here, so why not experiment with some new habits, right? Thanks a million, man. Take care

What Hamza said really works, I complimented my mother for cooking and taking care of the house 3 days ago, today I came home from the gym and she was all happy and smiling cooking saying "Today I feel like cooking!", she was adorable and I complimented her again obviously and hugged her. The breathing correctly surprisingly worked, I used to interact with maybe 2 people at the gym one being the lady where you swipe your card and one PT. After breathing like Hamza said I got greeted by 4 different people and made a new gym bro, crazy.

Hamza, I really want to thank you. I watched your videos for a year straight, tried implementing the tips on myself, and started getting better. I learned how to talk, love, and appreciate everything I have. I'm working for it, and I didn't know who I was until I found your channel. I began to realize everything I was doing wrong - my self-care, confidence, and my overall persona changed significantly. I stopped chasing after girls and started loving myself before seeking love in others. I got in better shape, found a job, and I'm doing better than I ever was. After that one year, I stopped watching your videos, as you said, "Hamza: stop being a Jeffrey; you're just listening and not doing anything." So, I did both - I listened and started getting my act together. I applied every tip you gave me through your videos, and I got better every single day. It was a lot of work, and progress was slow, but it got better and better. I'm just grateful that we have unique humans like you who speak the truth and give the world a reality check.

Hamza, thanks a lot. I've been on self-improvement for a while but I've never actually thought about showing my parents respect. Honestly, now I realise that that was frustrating for my grandmother that still works a job even though she could retire couple of years ago(It's due to a lot of shit that happened in our lives and we have no other choice..) This was because I was trying to prove her wrong in something or I was having a bad day. That was so dumb and I'm grateful that I realised it. When she came back I welcomed her with so much warmth and love that she couldn't stop smiling. Also today I got fresh haircut that is unusual for me (It's quite short and I wasn't getting such a cut in 5ish years). Honestly, I feel horrible for myself cause it took so long to realise that it's unexplainable tough for her having no support from me. But the good thing is.. it's gone. Now, she will get all the love and care she deserves.

Always give genuine compliments to a woman, give not only women but also to guys. 2. I have started to compliment women more about the things other than looks , i did not used to do this before but after i started doing this , like complimenting on the things like " Hey i really appreciate the way you handled that situation" , " i feel proud of you when you do x" , " really love how you did x for me", " really happy for you doing x " things like that really do flourish how they act and behave after you have complimented them about it. It's so lovely to see her really smile and giggle when i give a genuine compliment on things which most people wont ever do. Take a note boys , even if you are dating her or you are seeing each other , compliment her about the things other than her looks too, as hamza said like how he really complimented his girl about the art and crafts things.
