Pitch may be flat, which allowed root and brook to score so many runs however when comparing the scores of other england players to Pakistan players in 1st innigs, it is very similar. Ex, ben duccket scored 84 and saud shakeel scored 82. Jamie smith scored 31 and naseem shah 33. Or even zack Crawleys 78 and Shafiques 102. But Joe Root and Harry brooks are unique because they are better batters. When taking them out of the equation its a fair match. They are simply phenomenal. Please like, took time to write 😮‍💨
