This is what happen when things like this keep happening for decades to black and brown people and it's just swept under the table as if nothing happ ened. These are the behaviors that put thousands of innocent people away for years. While the criminals get promotion's and let loose. At is age only monsters would even think of doing that to a person regarding what race he or she is. This is to show that there are many monsters in the system who are making a career out of things like this. Until the good officer's who have to witness these behavior from their partners, do something or the communities will be always in danger, if not, things will never change and you also will be as guilty as the monsters. At least you'll be doing something positive before your time comes to an end on the planet.

To be elderly is a different speed of physical reaction and different hearing and a very different bodily healing time. They also have very different fears of assault or harm against them then the average younger person. Police and everyone dealing with them SHOULD have to put themselves in there shoes same as when dealing with a child. The elderly put down his protection stick as told and was of NO danger to the officer who has a gun taser camera and partner and at least half his age.. so where was the threat????. So why taser him??The harsh action taken against this 75 yr old man was unacceptable just on that basis. Police didn’t take special care when even handling him. Roughing him around and dragging him. What if it was his grandfather. After 75 years old.. he has earned the right to not fear his safety against police. Did the officer ask for his ID to pull him his or the girl history?? The girl sounded high or drunk.. was that even thought of when she could have pressed false charges against the old man just to get him back for yelling to turn noice down?? Which does happen. And officer accuses old man of being drunk but not the obvious women. It’s just a horrible scene to see someone accused of a crime in 19 seconds tased rolled and pounds head and dragged him like he was an armed shooter. He was completely alone unlike the officers and the girl who now had the partner and dog. This man was completely defenseless and the officer found it necessary to taser him??. every year to an old person past 75 is not guaranteed and they are so fradgle. Police didn’t give the man a chance to even speak to explain what happen or ask why are you arresting me and also police just accused him of what he did. Police didn’t look at the mans hands for bruises or marks or ask him why he did that. The police was his judge and jury and that was just heartbreaking to watch this officer take this senior citizens rights away in all his actions. Horrible for this to happen to anyone..especially the most vulnerable children women and the elderly. And most of all sad at the treatment of our elderly. *** I found Addition footage of the girl being interviewed AFTER elderly is the ambulance on LackLuster “cop fired and charged for insane use of force” she is clearly on something and is threatening violence against the elderly and says she and later sent her boyfriend to harass the elderly man by pounding on his door. So when police go and pound on his door WITHOUT announcing themselves as police and hide on the sides of the door at 11pm past any elderly bed time.. it’s clear why the elderly was armed as he opened the door. He has been harassed and threatened by the girl and the boyfriend that night. Absolutely FRIGHTENING chain of events. If that was me ALONE at night ..of course you don’t answer the door unarmed after all that. I have witnessed so many times younger people verbally scaring old people and threatening them and it so completely understandable what fear the elderly had. Listen to the girl in this video on LackLuster.. she is threatening as soon as he gets out on bond to put him under!! That she will be waiting for him and looking for him.. imagine being 75 years old with no record and not even the police will listen to you???!!! And the girl has a record of stabbing and violence! They didn’t even investigate, they heard the women’s version (or rather fantasy) and just tased him without asking a single solitary question. Frankly the woman should be reported for filing a false report at least. If you watch the video of her talking to the cops after he has gone to the hospital she is all over the place with her so called assault, of which there was no sign. Additionally she changed her information. Those two cops should be fired at least and never allowed to hold a badge ever again

Where is the video?
@endeavourone8822 жыл бұрын
@@NaveDelAmor there was a body cam video circulating showing police interaction with the woman after the older gentleman was taken to hospital. In that video she never mentioned he hit her and it seemed her biggest concern was she didn’t like him living there. Certainly sounded to me like she wanted to cause him trouble possibly to get him to move.

@@endeavourone882 the video I saw of the victim advocate and police interaction and she kept repeating he hit her. She s obviously on something. She probably fell and hurt herself or worse(self-inflicted). The poor young man was not liking being thrown into the situation. I feel so bad for the man. He plants flags on the graves at Ft Logan And comes home to get arrested. Handcuffs behind his back? I have trouble hooking my bra, I can imagine lying there in ambulance...awful! I hope he recovers and goes fishing.

@@NaveDelAmor I believe he mentioned he end up having a stroke behind that trama. It doesn't make any sense for a person his age to experience carelessness such as this.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. We have cops like this in Loveland, CO too who like to beat up elderly women with dementia and hog tie like an animal. This law office is representing both of these cases. Loveland made international news for these horrible cops abusive behavior and Chief Ticer just wants it to all go away. Well it will not until justice is done and this new victim deserves his justice as well. Best wishes to you dear man. I truly hope you can fully heal.

I thought cops were bad in TX (lots are. Some are great here tho). But CO really has shockingly bad cops.

This breaks my heart. Michael Clark is a good man. So much of what happened is disturbing. I saw the original video. The police hid from the door peep hole so as to obscure themselves-this alone would instill suspicion for the occupant behind the door especially at 11pm at night. They did not announce that they were police with knowledge he is 75-what threat is Michael Clark . The alleged victim lied about the assault-police did not care. What kind of subhuman beast tazes and drags like a sack of coal a 75 yr old man from his home. I wish Michael Clark an immediate recovery.

@@nealedmondson3191 so is staging a crime, tampering with evidence, filing a false report and collusion. And if there is any justice left in this country those two will not be officers for much longer and I don't see qualified immunity coming into play on this one for them so it'll be the average citizen on the street soon enough. And I was having to talk threatening somebody. If you haven't seen it check out law abiding citizen Gerard Butler does a great part in interrogation where he makes everybody look dumber than these two cops.
