➡ I just finished taking 50,000 D3 per day for 23 Days. Now taking 100,000 iu for the past 2 Days. Planning on taking the 100,000 iu D3 for a long time. I'm also taking 1000 mcg K2 MK7 with the D3. K2 MK7 is supposed to prevent D3 from causing Hypercalcemia.

@KETO_DIET

🤔Some or maybe most might benefit from K2 menaquinone-7. ➡"Bio-DK-Mulsion supplies 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 300 mcg of vitamin K (as K1 phytonadione and K2 menaquinone-7) in a micro-emulsion for enhanced absorption and utilization, which is particularly important for those with malabsorption conditions. Clinical data shows that the emulsified form increases bioavailability over 200% compared to the non-emulsified form. In addition, Bio-DK-Mulsion is absorbed first through the lymphatic system, the body's preferred route of administration, and then transported to the blood circulation.'. ➡CAUTION: Those taking blood thinners should avoid supplementation with Vitamin K unless specifically recommended and monitored by their physician

The medical industrial complex's failure to properly research and diagnose and treat microbiome and sleep and vital nutritional deficiency issues (including those related to Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 and Magnesium deficiencies as well as iatrogenic prescription medication usage) is a major reason why psychiatric iatrogenesis is a primary contributor to the third leading cause of death in the U.S. (which is iatrogenesis in general). If the U.S. spent just a fraction of the over $40 billion each year it spends just on iatrogenic psychiatric drugs alone, for properly researching the issues discussed in this and related KZbin presentations we would probably, Lord willing, achieve an absolute revolution in medical efficacy improvement and iatrogenesis reduction. A couple of other worthwhile videos about Vitamin D on KZbin are VitaminDUK's "BIG news about Vitamin D - 4 experts" (watch 50:56 ~ end, if short of time) and MedCram's "Vitamin D and COVID 19: The Evidence for Prevention and Treatment of Coronavirus (SARS CoV 2)".

Great video but why isn't it mentioned that you need to take vitamin D at the same time as taking k2, which understand is very important, I also understand that you need to consume some healthy oil at the same time as well, like I thing advacado, a small amount of walnuts or possibly organic flax seed oils that is sold in a darkened bottle and kept in a fridge. I wish you would meant ion this because I understand that we are waiting out time just taking vitamin D on its own.

Hyperparathyroidism is a condition in which one or more of your parathyroid glands become overactive and release (secrete) too much parathyroid hormone (PTH). This causes the levels of calcium in your blood to rise, a condition known as hypercalcemia. Deo, if your levels of calcium in your blood are normaal, how can you have Hyperparathyroidism?

very low, as dr. Holick said at 10:00, you should take 5.000 IU daily to get 40-50ng/ml . no worry about toxicity, because as dr. Holick said at 11:50 , you must take 50.000-100.000 IU daily for year until it become toxic.

Never check my vit D level yet, but I always feel sick after intense bodyweight exercise, and often ended getting flu, but after taking 5000 IU daily for 2 weeks, not yet feeling sick after doing bodyweight exercise. my diet is just the same, only because I took 5000 IU daily, I'm not feeling sick again after doing exercise. and my repetition getting better than ever, my sleep quality also improved.
