I love these designs because they remind me of a futuristic science fiction setting, like a colony dwelling in the Mass Effect series. The only thing I would change is to lower the amount of glass used. Also, it would be great if there were options to connect multiple units to create a double wide or even double stacked setup.

I've been seriously considering this for two of my properties. Unfortunately both are in the respective ends of extreme temperatures. One is pushing 40 Celsius in summertime, and one regularly sees below -30 Celsius during the winter. The glass design would make it unbearably warm in the summer and glass instead of insulated walls would make it an ice cube in -30.

Yep, and I think that the main furniture should be built in and "smart." I.E., the bed, couches, fridges, toilets, AC, etc.. And the T.V. should NOT be a projection model, but a 4K hi def built into a recessed wall panel. And I agree, less Window (say, about half as much).

Must be expensive to heat and cool with all that glass. I’d like to see a test of energy consumption. How are these shipped to the USA? How is it kept intact? What is the cost to ship to the USA? If you can even get it approved to live in it here. If approved, you still have shipping costs, electrical, sewer, water, foundation,permits etc., to deal with which can turn this into a pretty expensive house, what is the warranty and how can it be enforced when the company is based in China? I’m wondering how expensive insurance would be in the USA, if I could even get it. Clearly, a lot of questions must be answered before attempting to buy this capsule house, regardless of the cost of the house. What happens if it’s damaged during shipping? If you say you’ll pay to fix it. What guarantees do I have that you will honor it when you are thousands of miles away?

This is only wishful thinking right now... But, I think if I were to choose, I would like the wedged outside look and length of the T40PF, but with tinted windows. With only 1 main bedroom and closet to the left of the entrance at one end and the bathroom right across from the entrance, Onward down the hall past the bathroom, the kitchen and bar counter, then the living room/dining room area, with no balcony. The house does not look energy efficient. Those windows don't look very efficient for insulation against heat or cold. If you could measure the air temperature inside when he went it I bet it was cold! If this were placed in a hit and sunny area like Arizona or Nevada it would be am oven inside there due to the windows
