Pro tip: Tilt the sushi a bit before you grab it with the chopsticks, that will make it easier to dip the fish and not the rice. Always great to see watch your videos!

I’ve been to Otaru on trip to Hokkaido. The sea food was absolutely amazing. It is actually more so if it is a restaurant only frequented by local and not tourists. Thanks for the advice for great food and affordable prize! Go go Tiger!

Salmon roe which is what you had is ikura and there is also tobiko and massage which is equally delicious all different fish and sizes!

Also! Dip the fish not the rice in soy as the rice soaks up too much soy!
