It was a great experience to watch sea food in Sapporo, Hokkaido shown by you. I also worked with one the the best Worldwide known chocolate brand Royce from Sapporo, Hokkaido itself for more than 2 years. Love to visit the city in near future to explore the sea food. Here in Hokkaido we call the horesradish , Yama Wasabi which means mountain wasabi, and you are correct it is more like the horseradish that westerners are accustomed to. Amazing crab feast, and I know it wasn't cheap. I see the ikura was around $40 .
