I started journaling when I was a teen into adulthood but I always wished I started journaling from when I was in elementary school to now as an adult. Love this so much!!! I really wish I kept all of my written journals from my childhood and teenage years. I have a lot of pictures from that time, but not any journals. My earliest journal is from age 22 when I became a mom. So I’m glad to have that at the age of 44 now and to be able to look back more than 20 years.

I just wanted to say thank you! I saw your video a few days ago and it made me remember why I loved to journal. I’ve journaled since 2009 but last year I was in slump that lasted till I saw your video. And I’m just excited and happy that I’m getting back into it. And I love your journals!! I would love to see a full video on that positivity/affirmation journal! That's such a good idea. I've been journaling since like 2nd grade and have a whole box tucked away somewhere lol. I haven't journaled as much this year because I didn't want to face my feelings I guess??? I was working through an unrequited love with a female friend and struggled with my mental health because of it. I loved seeing all your journals!!!
