i've learned so much from the books.. i ditched my spurs and riding crops over 5 years ago.. i've built such a better bond with my girls because of this and achieve such a lightness in our bitless bridles i hardly have anything in the reins. my horse follows all body cues i give.. its amazing, can't wait to get any new books coming out.. truly one of a kind and never going back.

I ditched my spurs, whips and crops long before I heard of Klaus Hempfling. Now he has carried me further into that journey. I have been familiar with Monte Robert's work for 30 years. Herr Hempfling's work takes me much farther. I just can't afford 45k for a 10 day.

Why are there so many horse instructors that make themselves out like messianic figures?

KFH YT-Team, Nika & Janny: That is a very valid question. In fact, those who had found access to horses in a special way were especially respected and valued at all times and in all cultures. It is not without reason that so many kings and rulers can be depicted on brilliantly posed horses. Because in fact, the true access to horses, the real connection to them, is something quite extraordinary. Klaus has this reputation in the world due to the way his work is perceived, and he tries to present his work in a very down-to-earth manner. As we have tried to show in this clip, he tries to describe the basic personal, mental and physical necessities. He has been doing this for over 30 years and he has become known through his unique results and for his outstanding personality. Our clip wants to show how much it takes to be really humane with horses - hence the idea of such a long and intense journey. Thanks for your honest opinion.
