(Full Length Ride) Riding NJ Transit ALP-46A + Multilevel Cars: Trenton - New York Penn Station

Surprise!
Full Length Ride videos are back! I thought what better way to kick off their return then with an NJ Transit ride! I love and hate the NEC lol. On one hand it's full of surprises and trains of all sizes shapes and speeds on the other the Amtrak trains running express on there have the worst habit of scaring the shit out of me (Case in point while the train was at Hamilton in this video). Besides the Amtraks giving me a heart attack, I consider the NEC to be a second home to me (You can consider Queens Boulevard my first).
Anyway, trip report...
The train in this video was NJ Transit train #3898 which is the Super Express from Trenton to New York Penn Station.
The train stopped at the following stations:
Trenton Transit Centre [Trenton, New Jersey/Mercer County, Southern terminus on the NEC]
Hamilton
Princeton Junction
Newark Liberty International Airport
Newark Penn Station
New York Pennsylvania Station [New York, New York, Manhattan, Northern terminus on most of NJTs routes]
The carriage being ridden in at the time of this recording was NJT Bombardier Multilevel Car 7666, Powering Locomotive was ALP-46A unit 4658 (Pulling), Rear cab car was NJT Bombardier Multilevel Car 7027.

I live in Philly and take this train when I go to NYC or Newark Airport sometimes. It's a peaceful ride and I always enjoy the multilevel cars.

How often do they have the cabcar open for passengers on trains? During off peak hours, which cars are open for passengers? I know the MBTA commuter rail often only opens the car next to the locomotive on many off-peak trains, and forcing people to board and exit at the front.
