As amazing as this drummer was on this pad. I still can't help but, think... "I would like to see him play a real drum set. I'm betting he's amazing to watch and, a real talent.

This is the kind of video that makes some people want to throw their Bass away.😁😁😁 Jesus christ! Victor Wooten is out of this world! Steve is amazing too with his fretless Bass, and this dude on the “drums" smashed everything, I Had never seen anything like that.

@@sandeepvyas6576 ~$7k bass (I could be off a bit there), light gauge strings, extremely low action, Victor's Hartke amps, and most importantly... Victor Wooten's brain and hands.

What always blows my mind about these videos is how no one watching in person is standing up and grooving. How could you watch this live and now want to groove and dance a little bit. C'mon people!!
@vanrozay88713 жыл бұрын
i can hardly stop myself from modestly (not many wild moves, arm swings) boogeying in place when there's a groove going. your observation IS kind of depressing, in what it suggests about the level of real music appreciation among the gathered "music lovers."

mae: just noticed a woman shaking her head, bobbing a bit in her seat. and the guy who broke in to announce the names, now standing, is moving subtly. whew!

Kinda like? Maybe they thought they were in a Sunday church service. Come on people! Get up and show more groove on your feet! Get your meat off the seat! Dang. That's a good lyric line. Get your meat off the seat and dance!

Thanks alot,it must be the 20th time i hear this mini concert. :) Great sound too quality wise,good dynamics,not overly compressed like many other youtube concerts and CDs nowadays,this is great sounding,thanks. :) Bailey playes the craziest chord combos and fast finger plays that make it sound like the tones glide so smooth and Wooten either plays the pocket to play along or goes on his usual amazing thumb,plucking and slap plays,they are the perfect combo. :) And the drummer rocks too! :) Their 2 albums Bass Extremes: cook book and just add water is amazing. :)

that 6-string fretless bass played well is a very versatile instrument: could fairly be called a guitar, considering the upper range he can cover. and, of course, a bass. would like to hear him cover both ranges si8multaneously.
