Full Lume Dial Vostok Amphibia 170891 Unboxing & Specifications

The Vostok Amphibia 170891 is a full lume dial dive watch with 200m water resistance and frankly fills a rather unique void in my collection. While Vostok watches certainly have their quirks and flows, they are unique and interesting, and the 170891 is no exception.
PS. Apologies for the shakiness at the start of the video. New desk is a bit more unstable than the last, will work on a solution for future videos.

And my final touch before mount the bezel is add a thin layer of dielectric grease the make the move smooth,. Your bezel going to be tight but it will move smooth and you will not fell the friction metal, with metal. Fantastic :)

Movement is not 2816 but 2416B.

There is a hack for fast date change. You can just move date from 9 to approx. 2 o'clock and back. It will be much faster. I believe that should be stated in manual, as well. Movement 2416 is very robust and easiest thing to regulate. And, i'm not watch expert by any measure.

Test number 3. Set the bezel in one point, use this watch for one week and you will be notice that the bezel, do not move. :)

Bought k28, absolutely worth the price. Although I wouldn't recommend to spend more than 80 buks.

Hello everybody. Unfortunately the bezel in Vostok amphibian and Komandirskies are misunderstood. Both bezel do their job excellent. Number one we set the any bezel using two fingers, with one we pull with the other with push. Nothing that hit the bezel going to do this two action at the same time :)

If your bezel is to loose, tight it. My easy way is to buy several wire spring for Vostok watch. I bough mine in Ebay, They are not expensive. Then I insert the new one in the bezel. It will probably not be possible mount it the case. So, I will cut a amall piece off each end of the wire. And I will try again to mount the bezel.

I will, repeat and repeat until I will mount the bezel. Then one more time I will remove the bezel, I will remove the wire and I will remove the rough edge of the cut with a fine sandpaper. I will clean the case bezel track with a toothbrush, the bezel interior and I will insert the wire again, inside the bezel.

I really hope the tone of your video leans more to a information video tone. Rather than a sarcastic complaining video. I mean review it as it is, good or bad. It almost sounds like ur complaining and mumbling about something (its rough, but its not bad. Its weird but its cool, on and on again). I mean no nobody is forcing you to buy the watch, if you dont like it, dont buy it. But if you want to do a review, forget about all the experience you have with previous watch, and review it as it is. You are suppose to review how the watch is, not how you feel. Compare to your Orient, of cos it looks bad, but take your orient and compare it with a Longines and you have the same thing. Check out Watch review 4K channel, and you know what I mean, there is a reason why his channel spikes so fast in recent days. Just that I see a lot of reviewer are doing the same thing as you. Using preconceived mindset to review a watch, rather being informative about what the watch really is. Anyway just my 2 cent, and purely my opinion of cos, No offence in my naive point of view.

Now imitate something that hit the bezel. It going to be always in one direction. If you try to pull it is impossible. Now you see, the probability drop to 50% so fast. Lest go, to push. Uhm, you have to make pressure dawn again the case and the push. And the answer is simple, no one thing that hit the watch going to do these two actions. :)
