They should've waited until afterwards. Not trying to defend that taking out or fixing slide cancel was the reasoning they did bad, it's just not fair to all the players that have to adapt within a few days of a major patch, regardless what was done in the patch. However, Chicago outplayed Dallas, simple as that.

Depends on the maps. Typically the main ARs prefer the red dot since they play slower and further away from the action (more precision with it). Some players (flex) usually using a sub switch to a 2nd AR on some maps, they prefer usually iron sights because the decereased ads speed without it + you can have stippled grip instead (can play a bit more aggressive with that set up, like an aggro AR).
