I'm new to Table Tennis, can someone explain what happened when Chen got a point from the ref? What did Odo do?

Hidden serve. She has been complaint by French coach in the last match. I also found her hidden serve was so obvious in last champion match.

@@renali505 I think in this particular occasion, what happened was that Chen called for a "let" serve, but Odo continued the point. Usually when it's a serve problem, refs first give warnings, and vocalize clearly about the problem. Then if the serve is still a problem later, they call "foul", which didn't happen here.

@@bor45 If Chen called for a "let" serve, and the ref agreed, it should replay the point. What really happened likely was the ball from Odo's serve touched her shirt resulting a serve error. One ref didn't see it but Chen and the other ref did and Odo consented it.

Odo was penalised a point by the umpire while serving at 7:6 in the 3rd game. I may be wrong here as I could not see that she was not warned previously by the umpire. If so, it’s pretty unfair for her. Umpires should be consistent with regard to “illegal serve”. Moregard was warned and then penalised later in the game in his match against Lebrun. WTT please see to it that consistency be applied in all matches.
