And instead of balancing the heroes they already have, they buff others to make them OP and added new heroes... It's unfortunate, but I hope OW2 gets a better developers that actually know something about the game and actually LISTEN to the community or top tier players

That's the problem with bracket tournaments like this, the two best teams can often face off before the finals which leads to games where the semifinals are more tense than the finals.
