Manika's back hand returns may confuse the opponent for a while, but eventually they get use to it. Then the returns become slow pushes that invite attacks. Long pips best use is for active chopping away from the table. If she's not going to do that, I think she can play better with short pips or smooth rubber.

The crowd in India is something else, I have seen many wtt contenders and feeders but not this much crowd and passion.

It is a hard job for Monika to beat the Chinese rising star who currently ranked world No. 5. Not bad for her to get one game from Qian.

可惜的是女隊的總教練馬琳在女隊裡的身份地位權利極高，他要收容錢天一為徒，被錢天一拒絕了而自己又另外選擇了姓徐的教練成為自己的教練！這樣一來肯定已得罪了馬琳，真為錢天一往後的前程擔憂！

Manika exhibited commendable skill and determination, showcasing a number of impressive plays that not only reflect her dedication but also serve as an inspiration for many young Indian girls interested in table tennis. Her performance was undoubtedly spirited. However, it was Qian who truly shined in the match, demonstrating a level of play that was both commanding and exceptional. The match commentary, unfortunately, did not do justice to the competitive spirit and skill on display. It disproportionately favored Manika's successes, often overlooking Qian's equally deserving accomplishments. Such a biased narrative not only detracts from the sport's integrity but also unfairly diminishes the hard-earned achievements of both athletes. As enthusiasts of Indian table tennis, it is essential to advocate for unbiased commentary that celebrates the merits of all players equally, fostering a more informed and appreciative viewership, especially for the benefit of the younger generation eager to learn from the best in the sport 0:29
