One thing you can do in canva also is when adjusting the size, grab an edge and move slowly... It will show you the height and width, you can write it down and boom no more guessing. GREAT video.

I see many times that listings will have size "menus" that include, for example, toddler, youth, and adult sizes AND, in the same listing, they offer t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and even more sometimes.
