I paid for a click today on a completely irrelevant search term that has been turned off for a long time. I think, at the very least, if a customer arrives at your item via a search word/term that is already turned off, you shouldn't have to pay for that click. Otherwise it's pointless. On top of that, it can be incredibly time consuming going in to turn off those irrelevant search terms as they change on a daily basis.

In the last 30 days I had like 2.2k views but no 'searches that led to this ad', so how can I find the most relevant keywords?

I have been binge watching your videos for several days and I followed the tips you gave me and I am happy to report I have 3 check marks ... that is good. I only have a few listings, but I have scalable designs and a few tricks up my sleeves. Great tip on updating prices - I appreciate I could just up the price on my products to help cover the currency conversion cost that I discovered. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, you have really helped me get my store up and running. It has sat with one digital listing for about a year. Good to see I would get paid daily, if I got any sales, but my listings are days old - I will be patient with time and create many listings. I will trust the process and I look forward to watching all your videos I haven't seen yet

Hello. I am new and having been watching and following your videos for a month now. I am having multiple issues with Canva and not sure if you can provide assistance. I followed you in this video and created the design exactly as you did (just to learn ins and outs, not to use it). Once my design is created in Canva, I download it and upload it to Printify (still learning that too). When upload the image and place on item and try to remove the white background, so it’s just the letters, the letters disappear and only leaves the bow. Have you had any issues with this? Also having issues with Canva uploading fun fonts from CreativeFabrica on desktop and laptop but can upload on my iPad, when trying to download created image on my iPad, the creative font goes away. I know you would be considered a super use of sorts with Printify, Canva and Creative Fabrica, so just curious if you’ve ran into these issues lately or at all and out to solve them. I’m about ready to give up on a POD business.

I just (Nov 21st 2024) had a shop that I closed years ago permanently suspended so now I can no longer even access etsy to buy stuff. I'd used that account for buying for well over a decade. And this is after they permanently suspended my just-opened shop (literally less that an hour old) for no reason last week. They have ghosted me after bots kept copy-pasting responses to my questions. I wouldn't be surprised if there's no humans working for etsy. It's so dodgy and exploitative.

Great video! Excellent trick. I have a question: if I create a list like this, can I then repeat the same structure for all the items in it? For example, I have a list with t-shirt, sweatshirt, and hoodie. First list: I add a title and the first images dedicated to the t-shirt. Second list: I add a title and the first images dedicated to the sweatshirt. Third list: same for the hoodie. Is this possible and advantageous?

I've been open 2.5 weeks ago (I'm in-between jobs so i've been able to put work in) I've got an almost sale that the customer cancelled like straight away, and 10! abandoned carts. Is that normal i have 185 listings up

Hi Cassiy! I am brand new to selling my designs using Printify and Etsy as my storefront. I had a friend just purchase my very first order but I don't yet see it in Printify? I also wanted to adjust her order, because I had mistakenly only listed "L" as a size and didn't include variants. Can you guide me on how to solve for this and how to contact Printify to ensure they received the Etsy order? Also, how do I send personable "thank you for your order" emails or will Etsy do this for us? If ever you can give "live" tutorials, I'd sign up in a heartbeat. Thank you!

How can i make money on etsy when Printify won’t let me change the shipping amount to 5.99 to be found on etsy. If i offer free shipping to cover it in a raised price for the item, the price is too high for the item to sell. Giving free shipping means almost zero profit. Can someone please help me solve this issue so customers are happy and I make a little profit?

Cassiy, I really need your advice! Could you please consider doing consultation calls? I’ve had a shop focused on Digital Downloads geared towards decor for teachers first less than a year, but I’m considering POD. Do I start POD from this shop or start a new one? Here's a warning to anyone opening an account with etsy. I'm in the UK and opened a shop a few months ago and was shocked to see they charged my £22 to join and the very next day permanently closed my account just because I changed my shop owner name to Admin. How is it even legal to do this? I did put in a request but we all know etsy policy on this..... no reply at all so Silverman is now lining his big pockets taking your entry Fee then letting an algorithm boot you out. He should be ashamed of himself.

Some good tips here but I disagree on title content, whatever your data may suggest, sorry! And so does Etsy: "Brief, clear listing titles are preferable over a long confusing jumble of keywords, because it helps shoppers understand exactly what you’re selling" says the Seller Handbook. Their advice is to keep titles clear and succinct, ideally 40 characters or less. The tip I've always followed is to construct your title for a human reader and your tags for a computer.

I want to start a shop that sells digital items but I cant see how advertising could be profitable on something that is $3? What are your suggestions?
