Have you been able to clean the ivory bags? Do they get black scuff marks on them?

I really want to buy the ivory bag - how has it held up for you? Has it gotten any scuff / dirt marks? Would definitely be using it as a travel bag so will be using it in a few potentially rough situations (E.g. shoving under plane seats, having it on floors regularly etc.)

Looks like the redesigned the front case for the Metro backpack. It is similar to the duffel now.

Yes I got the new version and love it so much! The pockets inside are a bit different too and I think the changes are a nice improvement. 🤗

Have you checked out the new version of the Metro backpack? I like the fact that it doesn't have visible snaps when the front pouch is removed, but I'm not thrilled with the fact that it no longer opens completely flat. Also, I'm eyeing the hybrid larger carry on suitcase in the color you have -- it's very striking. Glad to hear it hasn't been scratching/scuffing too badly (that was one of my concerns). Do you ever miss the lack of a zipper? Other carry on suitcases I have owned have not only had a zipper but an expansion zipper to use in case of "overpacking emergency." Full disclosure: I am a check-a-large-bag-kinda-girl, but I am trying to "reform," at least for shorter trips.

Great marketing. Not sturdy! Zipper broke in less than a year. Customer service is the Worst!!!! Notice there is no phone number to call and speak to an actual person.

I don't like their custom service. Only messages no phone . And they don't give updates on you purchase if it's out of stock or anything you have to chase them to get an update

For anyone who's flown using their carry on + duffel, would the duffel be too big to put under the seat? That's really my main concern

The metro duffle is a bit snug under the seat when fully packed, but it does work. Eliminates a lot of leg room though.
