I’ve been very focused on finding my tribe. I’ve severed ties with almost every former friend and family member except my daughter. I’m living in a gorgeous RV with a 330 square foot sunroom addition that faces Mount Yonah. I’m very aware that I’m surrounded by people who are, religiously speaking, where I used to be. Only more judgemental. I believe I am here to be a light. I’m well liked even though I am not at all religious. But I definitely feel like a fish out of water and I loved your suggestion about beaming out love to others to build a community. Hang in there. I'm also on a mission to find my tribe. I know Yoga cults and Christianity are not for me. Right now I'm focusing on still using some of the techniques, like Deep Breathing and Chanting, and Prayer. You know, maybe our tribe is on "the other side". I've had an amazing spiritual experience in Papua New Guinea, when I was 19, it showed me that I had a whole lot of buddies on the other side. It really helps me now, because I know, even if I don't find my tribe here, on this planet, in this life-time, I have friends in the spirit world, who know me better than I know myself. I must stress that I am not easily convinced of anything, I am very skeptical, analytical, mistrusting (Aquarius), but my experience in New Guinea, at the tender age of 19 is still with me. I also thank my filtered water and speak over it. I thank my sunroom, plants, mountain view, freedom, phone, car, bed, shower, toilet, washer and dryer, apples and almond butter, greens, wine, literally everything. I am so blessed! I have had memorable dreams almost every night lately. Many are of my ex husband when our now adult kids were little. Some are of homes I've lived in. Some are of homes that feel very familiar. "Home" seems to be a theme in general. I even had one for the first time about my ex boyfriend who is a narcissist. And it was a feel good dream. Remarkable! I feel like my higher self is doing healing work and I've been recording what I recall upon awakening. I'm being much more gracious to myself, too. If I don't feel like doing much, I don't. But meditation is essential for me every day. And I try to hike several times a week. I, too, had a profound experience in 2016 right after my father transitioned. Landed me in a mental hospital. Twice. But I look back now and believe that it was a spiritual awakening. Sending you love and light too!

I’m in the same boat. I have no family anymore, and nearly every old friend and colleague of mine now rejects me because I won’t be jabbed ( already had the virus anyway). Crazy to know someone for 40 years, and that’s their line in the sand! I’ve never been so alone, but my hope is that millions will wake up soon and join us. I just keep doing what I can to heal the right/ far right divide ( the actual Left has zero representation in the US; both “ sides” consider us/them the enemy). In 2000 I up and left a country I had been in for 20 years, left everything, had two suitcases with me and moved to the U.K., never been here before, and am now a widow, I am getting the same feelings to go off with my pets to a new country and new start at 60 years old! There are few podcasters I enjoy as much as Pam, especially when insomnia kicks in and I am trying to calm down enough to either go back to sleep or make good use of the time. Pam helps me do both! Tonight I am up, listening to all Pam is saying about Uranus (which I was taught to regard as the energy of a lightning bolt: swift, sudden, unpredictable, change usually accompanied by destruction), but had to pause - right when she said she was going to be talking about Uranus for the rest of 2021 and into 2022 - for I heard rumbling outside and couldn't imagine what it could be. Then came the flashes of light! Just now we are having an EXTREMELY RARE thunder and lightning storm! As if to underscore her words. We rarely see rain here, and certainly never at this time of year. The fire burning in BC is as large as the entire Greater Toronto Area...and floods too - intense at home and also around the world...! Burn down, wash out, tear down and rebuild. Out of it, we have opportunity to reach out to our community in some way - healing solutions for weather, health, economy, relationships. I feel ripped apart or burned by recent relationship, but I found my inner strength and I'm coming to be much better for it. Workplace is forever changed too - hybrid model working from home has taken effect in a permanent way. Upgrades are evident in many aspects of life. I'm reminded that "Change is the only constant" - unknown. "...meditate and send love..." - Love it, Pam, thanks for the reminder! Great frequency to focus on.

I’m so grateful for the lessons I’ve learned over this time & have finally grown up & I am not taking anything for granted. I thank the universe everyday now, when I wake up in the morning, many times throughout the day & at night before I go to sleep. This is having amazing results in my life personally. Gratitude.
