Animals including marine animals are raised in horrible conditions, they are treated as possessions and slaves. Even 'pastured" animals also are raised for human needs and also are used and slaughtered at a fraction of their natural lifespan. Cows forced to produce milk for humans, not for their calves, and separated from them forever. When you eat animal products you are consuming their pain, fear and suffering. @@rachelgoodkind6545 I was vegan for seven years and had resulting health issues because of it. Dietary needs are different at different stages of life. One size definitely does not fit ALL when it comes to nutritional needs. I learned that I could not lose weight with a calorie in Vs calorie out approach. The REAL science is finding out what works for this body at this time. Fermenting foods and getting enough fiber are necessary for me, but perhaps not crucial for others. Food needs change and the body can be counted on to give feedback. I once had a client who almost killed herself by rigidly adhering to a macrobiotic diet. Her body let her know it wasn’t working for her. I watched her restore health by learning to LISTEN to her body. Food needs are determined by one’s constitution, not their ideology. Healing can happen through food choices. Disease can happen through food choices. It’s really about each of us attuning our specific needs.

I wanted to hear this. I am an urban planner and again I am in the middle of something where they make bad plans and seemingly seek me to be the scapegoat. But, now I know it. I feel that there is sonething odd happening, I feel it and traditionally, I am very good pointing out whenever there is something foggy going on. Usually, I reveal it and get the punishment! After your point about leaps and rising collective frequency, I accidentally overheard some reportage on US politics -voter suppression, which I have eradicated from my sphere. I couldn't remove myself for a few minutes, but an amazing insight came; the rising frequency sees fierce resistance. Change is often preceded by a frenzy of the old, as it clings on before it breaks and falls away. It is chaotic and often scary, but we know pus always finds a way out and then healing can begin, and new healthy growth. I think that many people are connected to their/our bodies who are working hard to overcome having experienced being a victim. It is a complex & nuanced experience - coming out of victimhood, which can take years. Yes, our intuition, wisdom, power within & creativity powerfully help us to shift from victimhood to experiencing our own inner authority. Coming back to the body may sound simple, but for many it is not an easy matter to be fully embodied. Yes, our body can be our freedom. It can also be a battleground as well. Ultimately, I agree with you that it is in being embodied (fully, without fear) which can free us on many levels & in many ways.

Wow !! I’m not affiliated with any religion and as of last month I started cleaning a church. The members are very sweet but it’s definitely a herd mentality. I’ve tried talking about the importance of knowing their birth charts and NOPE! It’s sad they don’t realize there’s more then just the Bible and pastors that think they hold all the answers. It’s a huge mismatch of energy type of job so I know it’s temporary for me . Ive got Capricorn ascendant 26 degrees and YES I’m feeling a big shift in the fall .

I thought I would share something with this community and if anyone else has had this experience chime in. I’ve had some very intense visions during my meditation time. Specifically the people and things have an almost ethereal Egyptian theme and are usually in a desert. I feel a bit odd sharing this and there is much more detail. But the visions are always benevolent and filled with wonder and inspiration and there is always a personal message to me. Today I was told that I was to “enter in”. Sharing a little bit of what I've been studying in Neuroscience - our brain is actually AMAZING! Shift your awareness into High Frequency -and from there: Contemplation of Who you really are: - It's kind of disassociated - as if you are watching yourself...and Breathe! Challenge self-doubt before it generates negative energy/feelings. Practice and get better, get on it sooner, that way it's easier to dispel it. You are in charge of your mind, therefore your results. You can do this. To change - practice self confident thoughts 20-30 times a day for a week (be sure you are remembering a really positive time, and flooding your neurons with FEEL GOOD energy... . After a week of this kind of thinking - guess what? Your brain will start to do it for you! Yes, you have just automated your brains natural function to give you what you want...and now it's going to do it for you. Building self confidence from the inside out! Really, and we can do this for ourselves. 20 -30 times a day, for 1 week, and you will be a very different person! If you take a negative experience/memory or limiting belief and now IMAGINE in your mind the very opposite. Where you achieve the thing effortlessly. You become the hero in your own inner movies of success - awesome! Now try and hold both in your mind for a few seconds - it's tough and it's doable. This is called cognitive dissonance - the two thoughts held for a bit, then let go of the limited belief one and reflect even more deeply on the one you want. Forgiveness and living from Gratitude Knowing how to forgive self and others for mistakes easily and without asking.We know we need to make mistakes to truly learn and there is really little purpose to blaming others or other circumstances, instead recognize an opportunity to learn and grow from every miss-step. Whenever we learn from a life experience, business or personal, we can be thankful for it and hold an inner state of true gratitude. Even the person that gave us the lesson - Thank you for staying the course with me until I got it!

Thank you Pam, Back in 2007, I was awakening fast. I read so many books on the awakening and couldn't get enough. I was so blissful, meditating and seeing the world through the eyes of my inner child. At that time I was running a small animal rescue, my days were filled with love...In 2018, I got involved with a man that charmed me and within a year I was almost homeless. I feel like I was attacked for for light. It's now been 3 years and I have 9 rescues(3 horse,3 dogs, 3 cats), but now I struggle with depression everyday. I wonder if anyone else feels like me. This is the moment in time to be in your joy, and I now feel so lost and alone. I feel like I was ripped off the summit.

You can ask archangel michael for assistance with his sword, or just imagine that you have a big pair of scissors and imagine going around your body cutting the cords of any attachments that are not serving you, or not for your highest good.

@@erikafreebird6449 hi again. I have just heard something which maybe of help to you with regard the cutting of cords. It was advised to tie a knot in the end of the cord after it had been cut. Apparently, without the knot it is easy for the person to reconnect again, but if knotted, it stops them from being able to reconnect. Hope it helps. Best wishes.
