The meditation starts at ca 40 min. And it is EPIC. This is collective consciousness codes at it best. Thank you 🖖🏻👽 50:16 🇧🇻 But i would ask you to do the 40 min of sound bath. And focus on your Breathing pattern. Breath in source energy from your crown chakra and in Gaia energy from your root chakra. Into your heart chakra and out pure light. Breath in through your nose, 1,2,3,4 Hold Breath, 1,2,3,4 Breathing out through your mouth 1,2,3,4 Hold 1,2,3,4 And repeat. Let go of controll and just BE = SAMADHI SAMADHI MUDRA: Press your tumbs and your little fingers together, when folding your hands. Forming a triangle up (tumbs) and a triangle down (little fingers) This help you transfer energy from your gray earthstar chakra and from your soul star chakra, into your higher heart chakra and out pure golden ascension light.
