@@Andreoguitars I think one of the most dangerous non power hand tool is the chisel. You are either hitting it with with something or pushing it with force, and when it skips off, or slips off, and any fingers or thumbs are in the path, its a bad day in the shop. I have had my share, but none bad enough to need stitches, but close! Good luck on the channel.

The guitar is beautiful, but you are using some horribly sketchy techniques with your woodworking. The upside down router in a vice for instance...get or make a proper router table or hold the wood in the vice and use the router correctly. You already had the bit for it. You are extremely lucky to have not lost a finger or have some other major injury. PLEASE take some basic woodworking classes, especially those involved with safety. You have a lot of talent, but you are relying too much on luck. You are also not using your tools to best effect. You have a router. It would have been much easier to create a jig to route the truss rod. You also used way too much glue to attach your fretboard. Finally, alignment pins can be used to ensure that the wood does not slip I say these things because I think you have talent that can take you far, but if you lose a finger or two, your ability to perform great woodworking becomes SIGNIFICANTLY harder to do. Also...sharpen your chisels correctly. your putting a lot of effort into something that should be effortless with a properly sharp chisel. A dull chisel is much more likely to cause a problem than a sharp one, just like a sharp knife is a lot safer than a dull one. I am lucky to only have a nasty scar from not sharpening my knife when I should have, rather than missing the top of my left index finger...would could have easily have happened if the slip had occurred 2 seconds earlier.

Thanks for the input. These are all things that I have taken into consideration. Some things I just do for fun, Like the chisel… as for safety I try to do what I can. The router and vice was just to try out but was obvious to see where the danger lies in that one. I’ll take your advise on the fretboard glue up through. That is probably the hardest part for me.
