If we want to be honest, (my POV) , I was actually a solid Fury fan, but after some deep analysis, I realise he was actually cherry picking his fights. He fought only those he was sure he would beat and DUCKED (yes I said it) those he wasn't sure of. Leave the whole Fury v Wilder thing, Fury knew from day 1 that Wilder was technically deficient and that he would win. After that he ducked AJ, giving ridiculous terms, and went on to fight Chisora a third time (like REALLY). Truth is Fury hasn't proven himself as a champ. He has had what, 2 title defenses in four years (one was a rematch clause), has only beaten one top 10 fighter. Usyk on the other hand, has done 3 title defence in 3 years, beaten 3 top 10 fighters So really, while Usyk has opened himself to fighting whoever is available, Fury has been selecting only those he is sure he can beat
