Skip, if you read these comments, I want you to know that you fly your Pitts so hard that I just barely can watch it, but by God you put on a helluva show. I watched you at Oshkosh a few weeks ago with my son and daughter - young teenagers who rode in our 172 for my first time flying in to the big show and camping under the wing. I’ve just had my PPL a couple years and this was our first big trip. They watched your routine on Monday eyes wide and mouths-open-amazed; And I did, too. I’ve read Bill Sweet’s book, and he would have loved you as an air show pilot (I just barely can keep myself alive in a Skyhawk, and so that’s the highest compliment I know how to give). Thank you for inspiring my kids. If you appreciate this comment, you can thank me by giving yourself another few feet when you do snaps on the deck. Holy fucking shit, and keep up the good work.

Awesome! is that a Pilot X from bonehead? when I sent mine in for the com upgrade, they added 2 bumpers to keep the visor from flying off in pushes.

Is the throttle blip after liftoff needed to set the height for the slip down the runway? In other words, if you didn't blip the throttle would it launch up to a height you don't want? Or is it a shot of torque to help the left rolling moment? (Just curious, I'm not going to try it haha)
