Our pheasant opener was yesterday. I had plans to go to pheasant camp and hunt the weekend, but typical Murphy’s law, it was raining/snowing this weekend and I don’t have the right camping gear for that kind of weather. Next year I’ll be better prepared to camp if it’s not a typical California weekend

Good evening, Jordan, You think it's dark there at 5.15pm well it's pitch black here at 5.15pm!!! A good look around the pheasant farm, they all look well and the goats there too. The turkeys must be getting nervous - thanksgiving just around the corner - they look really good! We're sorry you lost the pair of homers but we're very pleased that the others came back. We aren't sure whether Karen is pregnant or not but she certainly looks as if she might be!! Hey Jordan, I got a question. How’s the wild pheasant population in Kansas? From everything I’ve heard from my dad and other folks his age is that their used to be pheasants everywhere in California, and now there is very very few wild birds. Lots of theories as to why that happened but was wondering if y’all are having similar problems in your state since they are being raised for what I’m assuming is for plant hunting.

I've got lambsquarters in my pen and I never have to reseed it. It comes back thick every year. I think it came with some soybean screenings that I got from a farmer once . It grew every year since then.
