You got the suspect. GREAT. BUT she drove erratic cause you were behind her ass. Best to let her go. She will slow down and abide by traffic rules and get her when she either stops at a Gas station for gas or arrives at her intended destination. Follow her by aerial surveillance and nab her then. No accidents and no problems. I would run too if the lights were red and I stopped only to have a police officer step out with a gun when at the lights. (Assuming I stole a car which I would never do).
