I am trying to understand why some have called this a hate crime in this dance hall shooting when the suspect pictured is an Asian/Chinese man. if he committed a hate crime it may be because no one would dance with him. I think when he attempted to possibly shoot up the 2nd location dance studio and was thwarted by patrons that jumped him and took his weapon away and he ran off. I feel so bad for that community 😞. I live right next door to Benton harbor Michigan in St Joseph Michigan. And there are things like this happening here maybe not in the numbers but it happens.
